I usually don't try to leave a bad review based on one bad experience. But looking at other more recent reviews this explains why we got such a bad customer service experience this evening. Perhaps new management? Or just really bad employees. Anyway, I placed an order for pick up 1 hour in advance

As of 9/23 it is back open but it shouldn’t be. They are indeed short staffed. Unfortunately they aren’t doing any cleaning at all. Every table is dirty. The counter where they make your food looks like it hasn’t been cleaned all day. Old, crusted food
