Pizza Hut

They were out of Large Deep pan.. And when I came I. They the staff was more worried about one staff member clocking out. When I finally ordered no large pan and then they said only have medium pizza dough. So I said fine a Supreme pizza. They charged me for a large and the pizza did not have any meat just veggies. Very Disappointed in their service that night. I Always had Great service and they Used to be Friendly. Doubt I will return.. .

**BEWARE ORDERING DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION** I was victim to the "Slice Stealing Hack" yesterday from this Pizza Hut. I ordered a large Meat Lover's Pan Pizza. When delivered, every slice was the same size...except for ONE slice. It was quite obvious that half of one slice was missing, and the pizza was pushed together to look like a full pie. If a pie is cut unevenly, the opposite side will have a matching unevenly cut slice. Not the case here. Someone deliberately fingered my pizza, cut half of a slice for themselves, and delivered the result. I called the restaurant. They initially denied such a theft could have occurred. I said I'd drive over and show them the pizza as proof. They then credited my account $10.00. From the sound of her voice I could tell I'm not first person to call their location with this type of complaint. If I ever have to order from this location again, it will be pick-up only! I suggest everyone else do the same.

I ordered my order from the website and tracked it. After 45 minutes of my pizza "leaving the store" it still hadn't arrived. This location is less than a mile from my place. I called the store over 5 times to track it, and the store never picked up. I had to call the 6th time to the order line to even get corporates number for a refund. The store that doesn't pick up is the only one that can give a refund. What a joke.

I never had this happen to me on a supreme pizza that was not even cooked all the way. It was so doughy and soft and the cheese was not even cooked all the way. I called and the person who answered the phone , he did not know how to pull up my order and had to ask so then they said they would send another pizza out an hour later I had to wait. This pizza location is the worst so do not order there it will not be to your liking…..maybe it was just that day it was the cook
