Steak Escape

Had the Grand Escape for lunch. The sandwiches come in three sizes, and I bought the smallest size. They asked me if I wanted everything in it, and it told them yes for everything except no green bell peppers. It tasted good. Even the bread was grilled. It looked similar to the picture on the ad except a little thinner. Would I eat here again? Yes, the food was good, except that as this is the second time eating here, I now know that it is quite a long wait for them to prepare. Everyone waiting was there a very long time, longer than expected, about 15 minutes.

First of all, since I can’t reply to any comments this is for the lady who recently reviewed to this food place talking about we refused to take her order. Ma’am when I got there at the register to handle the issue my coworker told me that the card wasn’t going through because it couldn’t get authorized so she tried it again and again and you asked her if it’s going to charge your card multiple times but she told you “I don’t think so because it’s not authorized” and you got mad at her, her point why she said that was just in case it does charge you it’s not her fault for saying no. She also told you that if it does happen cause you can never know right? “you can just come back or give us a call and we’ll fix it right away”. And about the time that I refused to take your order, I politely asked if “it is fine to enter your card manually” because it was the only way to pay your food since your card wasn’t going through chip reader. And you got mad and you gave me your other card and said “Just use this one” and when I was about to swipe it you said “This is f*cking ridiculous”. And I told you “hold up ma’am, why do you have to cuss?” “I can’t just take your order if you have an attitude like that” and you said “I didn’t cussed at her (my coworker)” and I told you “I know you didn’t but the fact that you cussed just because of that is not really cool” and I told you “I can’t take your order if you have an attitude like that”. And you didn’t say “this is getting a little ridiculous”, because the customers behind you were laughing about you when you left. And I didn’t dance why would I dance? There were still some customers after you and I assisted them so why would you say I danced after our conversation?
