Mido Sushi

I’ve been a regular here for ten years now and I’ve lived in Asia and all over the us to include having eaten sushi in a lot of different places in the valley. Mido’s remains my favorite. Chef really does make the best sushi. The temperature is always perfect and the quality of fish is superb. I don’t know where they get the salmon from, but it’s the best raw salmon I’ve ever eaten. My kids also agree and love Chef’s sushi so much that they won’t eat sushi from anywhere else. We really like the atmosphere and the rest of the menu as well. It’s always given a place to eat that’s welcoming to families and feels laid back. Chef, you’re the best. Thanks for 10 years of amazing sushi

Shoutout to the chefs for making these delicious fish nigiri, and rolls. I heavily enjoyed the cozy vibe and servers here. One of the things that was nice about this sushi place was that they showed the different types of fish and nigiri dishes. (I would personally recommend squid nigiri) Going along with that, the sushi was FRESH!!! The rolls tasted so great and almost light, even the fried. Overall the best sushi place I have been to.

We started eating here back in 2010. We went back there last night and everything is delicious. My favorite dish is the Beef Yakisoba noodles. They use to do all you can eat but I think they stop during COVID and its price per plate now. They have good prices for the sushi and it's very fresh. The staff was very nice and their portion sizes are very generous. If you go there on a birthday, they will play music with disco lights for you. Great food, good price and great atmosphere.

This might be the best bargain for sushi in the entire East Valley. They have a happy hour from 5 PM to 9:30 PM Monday through Thursday. Sushi for three people with drinks was still under $40. The service was great, the food very good, the only reason it got less than five full stars was they have no real choices for dessert here. You’ll just have to go somewhere else. Actually, I take back my good review. Don’t come here. We don’t want to get too crowded for when we come back.
