Food portions are a bit small. I wasn't satisfied with portion of main dish. You pay for a 3 course meal so that is fun. My son and I sat in the caboose. Waitress was genuinely kind. Enjoyed the atmosphere. I will return.

Brendon was our waiter for a party of 7. We came around 8:30 pm, given that the facility closes at 9pm. Brendon was very polite and patient with us. Our last minute accommodations were met without a fuss and very personable. We were left with our party to conversate for a while without being interrupted. Thank you for accommodating us! You know who you are!!:)

Haven't been in a while and it's nice to see the same flavors and portions here. Definitely don't miss the mizithra cheese pasta! The clam sauce is also delicious.

Definitely a great restaurant. A large selection of different spaghetti and pasta options. When I went, it was not busy at all. We got seated right away. We requested to sit at a booth inside that mockup of a trolley car.
I ordered the crab and lobster raviolis and they were really good. It wasn't a huge portion but it was definitely a nice size. It was cooked well and very flavorful.
And overall the service was great as well.

It had been a while since last eating at The Old Spaghetti Factory at the Chandler Mall. The restaurant wasnt busy so we were sat at a table right away. The bread served is always delicious but just gotta ask why we aren't given a sharper knife to cut through the crust so we don't crush the bread while slicing it. We ordered two plates of the spaghetti with meatballs and got a side of the broccoli. We weren't a fan of the broccoli so our waiter had it remade without the cheese and it tasted so much better to us. Our dinners were good but being that it wasn't busy, we were surprised that our dinner wasn't piping hot; flavor was there just didn't seem like our dinners wasn't made to order. After dinner Spumoni for all of us and it didn't disappoint!

My favorite spaghetti place. Same flavors always. Miss because they closed our OSF in MN. Clean and friendly. Food could have been a little warmer…but can’t complain….Pot Pourri is my absolute fave. Ask for Mizithra cheese or you’ll regret it. Great service.

It's... all right. We were told it was an amazingly fantastic place, but the food was OK (kind of bland, to be honest) and the atmosphere was... all right. Service was good, but overall, it wasn't anything to write home about... Olive Garden's food was better, and the Old Spaghetti Warehouse had more interesting decor. Don't go there expecting a mind-blowing experience, and you'll be fine...

Wonderful environment, great food. Friendly service. They took a while on a not so busy day. They ran out of salad that we ordered and were brought soup instead which my daughter couldn't eat. We were told they would bring it out when it was ready but it never came. The manager was nice. Overall it was delicious but a little pricey for not getting what we ordered and even if we had. I would definitely recommend it and I will be back too. The cheese bread was heavenly!

I had the crab ravioli with the pesto Alfredo sauce. It was outstanding. Calamari and tiramisu cake was good as well not to sweet and ice tea. $49

Food was great and affordable. Paid about 60$ for 3 people and didn't know each meal comes with soup or salad and this yummy Italian ice cream.. I'd definitely go again.. forgot to snap a picture of the buh-sghetti..
