Went to the drive-thru to get a beefy Mountain burrito the burrito was really really good and I can't really call on the atmosphere because I did the drive-thru but the girl had to drive through was very nice and it was a good deal

Love coming to this location you can always get a fresh chalupa shell. If your order isn't right the manager always will fix it quick along with an apology. Best location in the city!!

I went during my lunch break and ordered two tacos and a cheesy fiesta potato on the self service machine. As I was waiting a worker named Carrie apologized that they ran out of potatoes and offered me a substitute or refund I asked for a refund and she told me it would be just a moment the manager on staff is new and needed to call and see how to do refunds, I said that was no problem. The manager rudely told Carrie she didnt need to be telling that while she was on the phone trying to figure out how to do a refund. Carrie deserves a promotion to manager since clearly she understand customer service and being polite especially when someone is coming on their lunch break. Carrie then came to my employment which is close by and brought me the cheesy fiesta potatoes. Taco Bell is very lucky to have a worker as good as Carrie!

My family of 6 and I went through the drive-thru with a very extensive, difficult (we're all beyond picky) order. The woman that took our order, Trinity, was very patient with us, and everything was correct (extremely rare for us anywhere we go). I could not be happier with our experience!
