This was my first time coming here and I loved it. Loved how the food was being prepared in front of me. This was a nice experience. The customer service was superb.
Favorite restaurant in Illinois....the crispy Calamari is AMAZING , and the rolls are always excellent.

I had an incredible dining experience at Oishi Steakhouse in Champaign, IL. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff was attentive and made me feel right at home.
The highlight of the evening was, of course, the food. The hibachi grill performance was not only entertaining but also expertly executed. The chef's skills were on full display as they prepared a delicious and visually stunning meal right in front of us. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, and the accompanying vegetables were fresh and seasoned just right.
The menu offered a great variety of options, catering to different tastes, and the sushi was top-notch. Whether you're a meat lover or a seafood enthusiast, Oishi Steakhouse has something for everyone.
The portions were generous, and I left the restaurant completely satisfied. The quality of the food and the overall dining experience truly exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to return to Oishi Steakhouse for another memorable meal. Highly recommended!
I have to say that this place does not disappoint if you are into sushi. Wonderful atmosphere and yh3 place is very clean too. The only issue had there was my waiter. This was my first time there but asked if we were ready to order right away... otherwise great experience overall. Will return later

Always a fun place for a dinner date with girlfriends. I had th hibachi steak and scallops. SO GOOD! I ended up bringing home leftovers. You definately get your monies worth!!

Our waitress was HORRIBLE! She literally raised her eyes after I told her I wanted a water with lemon in it! This was around 12:30. Never came to check on how we were doing or ask how our meals were. Good thing I wasn't paying because I would have NOT left her a tip! My friend is just too kind of a person and left her only $3.00. I'll remember her. And if I go back and she's our waitress, I'll asked to be moved! BTW, we DID enjoy our meals.
I went with a group of friends after work, but before the evening crowd and it was PERFECT. I can't do too many ppl so I would definitely go back same time. The chef was nice, and the food was even better!
Food is amazing and prices are very reasonable for what you get. We went early, around 11:30am to beat the crowds for Valentine's Day. Server was a bit hasty for our order, but besides that it was a nice quiet experience with wonderful food.

We Went on Christmas due to the fact we had no heat, and frozen water pipes, so we had to spend a week in a motel, during Christmas, so we found this place for our Christmas Dinner, so glad We went, the food was awesomeness, the staff was orderly and attentive, the place looked clean, and Not Bad Prices for the food, I must say. We are definitely going to go back and eat again !!!!
This my favorite place here in Champaign. I love hibachi food. And they on point, not every time, but almost. They always forget to not mix their utensils with the seafood (cross contamination). I know because I’m allergic to shrimp and I get the tingling feeling when I eat the chicken, but it’s not bad so I don’t complain at all. But y’all have to watch it for the ones that’s severe. 5/5 for the restaurant. Dining in and take out!
Overall, you get a decent portion for the price. I got the hibachi combo of steak and salmon. Definitely flavored enough, but just a bit greasy.
Great time for my daughter's 12th birthday! Tip though, if you want the birthday dessert and song accompanied by a drummer, order it when you place your meal order.

Very great live cooking experience and a very delicious food. The food portion is very reasonable with the price and quality. Especially, if you come at lunch time, it will have a lunch price which is much cheaper.
