Baskin-robbins

Ordered a photo cake on 4/26 for pickup on 4/29 (wife’s birthday). Called 4/28 to confirm the order and the woman stated ‘if I received an email confirmation that the order will be ready’. Which I did receive. Went to pick up the cake at the confirmed day and time and they showed no record and the cake wasn’t ready. Had to wait until the next morning to pick it up. Two stars instead of one as the cake turned out as expected. I do not recommend using them for custom cake orders as this messed up plans.

I did not receive anything on my cake that I ordered, and was told in store I could not get at least a partial refund, so they offered me something worth $5. I get home, and find out it’s even the wrong ice cream. I called to get a full refund just to find out that they gave me the wrong cake. I’ve called the store number(when they choose to answer the phone) called the baskin robins hotline, as well as emailed them AND I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN HELPED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN GOOD TO ME. All I wanted was a refund on a cake I did not order but received anyways, and it’s too much to ask.

As much as I love basking Robbins, I’m going to avoid the peachtree industrial location (in the same parking lot as HomeGoods & TJ Maxx) from now on. The young Indian guy at the drive through is always rude to me. I thank him for my order, he looks at me like I stole my order. I haven’t had a pleasant experience at this location in quite a while. This location has the most impolite staff I’ve ever dealt with. It’s in my best interest to stay away.

Hours say close at 11 arrived around 9:50 employee in the front outside said only drive thru. Went to drive thru and they took my order. When I payed rude owner said you know we close at 10, ok then why didn’t you just say that before you took my order and why would you say it after you took my card? Nice girl made my order asked for help and rude owner said don’t worry make it slowly. I get if I came late but change your hours on here and then tell customers before the order and especially before they pay. Rude for no reason

Never have what they advertise. Usually close AT LEAST an hour before their times state. The owner is rude (per everyone that has literally ever used this location) and clearly doesn’t order enough supply. Don’t waste your time, especially if you plan on using the Baskin Robbins portion of the store.
