Very disappointed!! Stopped for a quick frozen drink on a hot day. Told no frozen drinks. Settled for two large drinks. Told price and verified price on screen. Took 20 minutes to get to pickup window. Was told a completely different price. When. I questioned the difference, was told that was the price. Not what I saw on the screen. And was told earlier. Know inflation is happening, but changes in 20 minutes? Didn't think you could change the price that way. Should have gone inside to order instead of the (not)fast drive through. Customers behind us were leaving without ordering due to the wait time. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE. MAKES ARBYS LOOK EVEN GREATER.

I was there at 12 noon on Tuesday feb 15 2022 and the lady at the helm was rockin that place .
She was getting a customer through the drive thru every 1.5 min. I swear and the food was very good and hot.
Ir she isn't already the manager there she should be in charge of all of the burger kings in this state.
She is as courteous as you can get also.
If I had a business I would hire her immediately.
She rocks!

Working up to being back to par. Service can be a bit slow at times. I'm not sure if half the staff is new trainees or what. And I'm sure the current pandemic isn't helping either. Other than that the quality of the food is good.

I ordered a family bundle of burgers ,fries, with a Ch'king sandwich combo meal at the drive thru.We had to wait a few minutes for our food. We got our food and left. When we got home we did not have our Ch'king sandwich and fries. I tried calling and was unable to reach anyone at Burger King. I am very disappointed, I usually never have had any problems with this location. Check your orders before you leave the window.

A great example of CUSTOMER SERVICE. The evening manager thought it took to long for the fries that came with my meal, so she offer my wife and me a free dessert. I didn't think it took to long.
A true example of someone that wanted my experience to be pleasant.

We ordered from the website, almost 50$ worth of food!!! Got to the establishment and they charged us but couldn’t make 80% of our order! They claimed their fryers and other machines were down! Couldn’t give us our money back. That we had to dispute our card on it. RIDICULOUS!

Me and my cousin were out and about we got hungry and I asked him if he ever tried this spicy chicken sandwich and Burger King in here told me no so me being me we went to Burger King got two spicy chicken sandwiches and they didn't disappoint their sandwiches are so good on the potato roll spice isn't overwhelming a creamy sauce that they put on that chicken sandwich is very good he loved the sandwich and I told him that he would so if you haven't tried that spicy chicken at Burger King you have to try if you like a little spice so until next time live love and eat a lot and keep it 💯

I stood at the counter for a few minutes, had FOUR people make eye contact, no offer of help or of being told it would be a minute. Plus, I watched a kid stand there touching the french fries and then eating them while working the line. They were NOT busy enough to warrant me being blatantly ignored.
