Burnt food and chipped porcelain tea saucer! Ordered eggs over med there wasn't any yoke they were burnt. The ham was burnt and tougher than shoe leather. I'm a regular customer 2-4 times a week and tip waitresses $5 every time I eat here. My check is usually $13.33 The restaurant wasn't busy only 2-3 other tables. I stop in at 5am when I'm done work. The manager never came around to check on the food. I didn't eat it and paid full price. It's Denny's I don't expect fine dining but at least try to make the food edible.

Our server was very nice. We had a decent size party (8 people) and came in around 3 am. So of course our service was a little slow but i cant complain due the size of our group. The food was hot and delicious when it came. But as i always find with this location it is a "hit or miss" type of deal. I wouldn't necessarily suggest coming here if asked where id like to eat but if someone else suggested it i wouldn't shoot them down.

Our waitress was absolutely awesome. She deserves all five stars. However, the food was good awful. I'm not picky. I'll eat most anything but this wasn't really food. The plus is the pancake puppies which are crazy good. However, the rest of our food was gross. Just being honest.

We had a table of six and stopped into Denny's around 130 am after work. There were only 3 tables that had people at them. Most of the restaurant was empty. Despite having almost no customers in the restaurant, we only saw our waitress when she took our orders and delivered our food. None of us got refills the entire time we were eating there. One of the guests from our table actually went up and had to peek into the back to tell the waitress we all needed refills because all of the waitresses were in the back for an extended period of time. We waited about 20 minutes and only 1 of us got a refill. We waited a little while longer to see if our waitress would bring our drinks back but she never did so we just requested our check. We all had individual checks except for 1 couple that was together. She brought our checks back 3 times because she kept forgetting what we had ordered and all of the checks were wrong. We ended up having to go up to the counter to all tell her what we ordered again so she could ring us up correctly. With the lack of customers in the restaurant, the lack of quality service was unacceptable. I use to be a loyal customer. I went to this Denny's several times a week and the staff always knew exactly what I ordered and how I liked it cooked. This Denny's has definitely gone downhill over the years and I don't know if I'll ever return to this location.

Were seated promptly and the visit went downhill from there. The waitress entered the order incorrectly, kept referring to the kitchen as ridiculous. brought us items we didn't order but eventually got us most of the correct food in 45 minutes. The waitress insisted we keep the sausage we didn't order then they billed us....however, the very nice "manager" did take that $0.79 off my fill when I complained about the visit....after waiting minutes to pay because their card system was down. Maybe you will have a better experience but it could also be like ours.

I overall enjoy going to this place. The food is very good and the cook is very skilled. But, unfortunately my last encounter at this restaurant dissapointed me! I placed an order to go, because my partner and I had plans, and we expected to wait around 30 minutes total for our meal. We entered the restaurant and waited about 15 minutes for our order just to be taken! Once we placed our order, we waited about another 30 minutes for our food. Once returning all the way back to our destination, we opened our containers and the food items were incorrect. We paid $25 for our food order. I called back and explained the situation, and the manager on duty was very busy, so she explained that she would have to call back. I explained I would come in later and get a refund for my items. The food we had was still edible, although poor quality, we didn’t have the time or stomach to wait! and because we had other plans we just ate the food and made up for the missing parts! We had already waited close to an hour total. I was patient, and came back in. Mr. M the owner, came out and spoke to me, but did not let me explain the situation. Snatched my receipt, and the empty food containers I had, and told the manager “Don’t give them nothing”. Again, I did not want to waste food and be hungry for the time being. Unprofessional as ever, he turned around and left. Very hot-tempered towards a customer. The manager on duty was very professional about it! But the owner himself was not! I’ve never had an issue with my food at this place. The staff is always friendly. But, the day that the owner is on board, I do encounter a problem.

This was the perfect restaurant experience. From the second we walked in the door,the hostess was cheerful and friendly. Our server was the same way, along with being prompt and attentive. Our food arrived in a very short time after ordering it, and it was hot, fresh, and cooked to perfection. It was delicious. The dining area and what we could see behind the counter was spotless. We will definitely be returning to eat there soon
