This is my favorite restaurant! The food is exquisite, it has a relaxed ambience. The dishes are decorated beautifully. It is the best in the area. If you want to impress or leave a great impression Hachi has it all. It’s my number one choice when it comes to desserts & food. Highly recommend 10 out of 10
The spacing is a little tight. If they had a larger space, they would do so much more business.
The bathroom is very clean with good lighting.
The interior is serene and has a good but not overblown touch of Asian culture.
The prices are a bit high but the quality and flavor was top notch.
From the ginger dressing salad, the miso soup, the rolls, and my Chirashi Bowl~
Will be back~
Update:
Came back and once again, the food was very good.
The prices are a bit high but you are paying for quality.
I just wish the eel bowl had a couple more pieces of eel in it. The entree was mostly sushi rice and vegetables.
The wait was for 45 minutes until we finally got our food. That's a bit long for lunch. They should have separate chefs for takenout orders and separate chefs for in house orders.
Beautiful presentation of our very delicious plates! Excellent quality, flavors and textures. Love this place ❤️
If you are in the Chalfont area and looking for some of the best tasting Sushi then Hachi is your new go too. The quality of the fish is superb and the flavor combinations of their rolls is out of this world. Perfect getaway for a date or catching up with friends.
I recently had a fantastic dining experience at Hachi, and I must say it left a lasting impression. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the great atmosphere and the overall cleanliness of the place. The restaurant's interior had a nice, modern design that added to the overall dining experience.
I started with the Miso Soup, which was good but nothing out of the ordinary. However, things took a delightful turn when I tried the New Zealand Baked Mussels. They were simply amazing, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor.
The real star of the meal was the Hot Stone Ishi Yaki, a must-try dish. It arrived sizzling and allowed us to cook our own meat right at the table. The experience was not only fun but also delicious.
Next up, I tried the Aromatic Duck Roll, and it was incredibly delicious. The flavors were rich, and the presentation was on point. Another highlight was the Hachikaze Roll, which was out of this world. The Spicy Salmon and Philadelphia Roll were also exceptional.
Unfortunately, the Tuna Sampler didn't live up to the same level of excellence as the other dishes; it was rather ordinary.
Throughout the meal, our waiter, Ken, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and added to the overall positive experience. His recommendations were spot on, and his service was top-notch.
In conclusion, my dining experience at Hachi was truly enjoyable. The combination of a great atmosphere, delicious food (especially the Baked Mussels and Hachikaze Roll), and excellent service from Ken made it a memorable evening. I would highly recommend giving Hachi a try for anyone looking for a delightful Japanese dining experience.
Don't know such a magnificent place in the area until my son brought us there for lunch today. Impressed by its speed in delivering food and service despite the crowded customers, generous portion with good variety of food being served as lunch sets, freshness of food materials with artistic presentation, friendly environment, very reasonable price, everything contributing to a very satisfying experience. It reminds me of the genuine dining in Japan before. Will definitely comeback to try the rest of the menu and with other family members.
By FAR the best sushi in the area, by a long shot. We were skeptical of the low review quantity but I will gladly say this obliterated every worry I had before eating here. The food is spectacular (had oysters, gyoza, 2 special rolls and one nigiri/maki/sashimi combination). Extremely fresh and flavorful to where you will swear it was just caught (Despite knowing that is geographically impossible lol). Food presentation was beautiful. The ambiance is simple and elegant, perfect for a regular dinner outing or a cute date night. It is BYOB so come prepared. Dessert (Semi-Liquid Chocolate Cake) was by one of the best I've ever had at ANY restaurant (Top 5 for sure) ❤️
Great sushi place with a comprehensive menu. Everything was delicious, service was great, we enjoyed our time there. It was perfect for girls night out and we decided we’ll be back.
⭐A must try!⭐ The food at Hatchi is top tier! The sushi selection is vast and nothing disappointed. The restaurant was extremely clean and well maintained. The sushi is all made out in the dining area, it's a pretty awesome experience. The waiter was super informative and helped me in the selection. If you want to dine in you have to make reservations as this place is super popular. I will be back!
Probably my favorite sushi spot in the Area, this place is a Gem. Very high quality sushi. The price is reasonable considering the sushi quality. I've never had a bad experience here. I've always dined in, this place gets packed even on weeknights so I would recommend making a reservation when possible
This is 5-star sushi all day long. Kani salad was phenominal as well. Wish it wasn't an hour and a half away, because Id be here every week! I tried the Hachikaze, which it probably one of the top 3 tastiest sushi rolls Ive ever had. Menu has a good selection, pretty diverse options. Its a Japanese fusion theme, so they do have some alternative options other than your standard sushi/sashimi spot. Servers were also attentive and friendly.
The Sushi 🍣 was super delicious. It was light and fresh tasting. It was perfect on a warm summer night. I'll be returning soon.
Been here a number of times. And every time has been superb. It's a go to for birthdays with my family. Always the best sushi, sashimi, rolls you name it. Everything "raw" is fresh, dishes are cooked correctly and the craftsmanship of the entrees and appitizers is top notch.
Staff is friendly and fast.
The restaurant very clean. It is small, (roughly 12 tables?) reservations are highly advised. No liquor license; BYOB.

Oh my goodness, def the best sushi Ive had in the area, and their non-sushi just is as delicious. Now I’m real picky, with Sushi especially considering it’s raw fish, but the chefs here clearly know what they’re doing. Every roll has been magnificently crafted; structurally sound (clearly theyre proper sushi chefs), delicious and unique ingredients, and a thoughtful, pretty presentation. Had to get the Tuna Avocado Toast both times, was too good. Had some beef/pork dishes as well and we were honestly blown away at how good they were. The 48-hour Pork Belly with the sweet corn congee was divine!
We live an hour away but have been there twice now lol. Service is very friendly and attentive, menu is large but not overwhelming, and the space is both clean and well decorated. BYOB and there’s a liquor store in the same shopping center. Also to note, we came later in the night both times; as you might tell from the glowing review, there was no drop in quality at all for going so late. Additionally, the place is really reasonably priced compared to any “fancy” Sushi place Ive been to, yet managed to blow all those places away in taste. This is the restaurant I’ve been searching for, and I don’t even have to deal with Philly for it. Wonderful, will be back.
I’m so happy with the whole experience at Hachi! My favorite place in the area to eat 💎
Fantastic sushi and hot dishes.
Always fresh. Creative combinations and outstanding presentation. Great for foodies, date nights, business lunches, and really anything. Best sushi in Bucks County and Montgomery County by far!
We actually ordered online here for lunch at work. Everything was amazing!!! We ordered the bento boxes and for the price it was almost TOO much food. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was also packaged extremely well. They even sent a text to my cell phone when the order was ready to be picked up which I thought was great! Overall 10/10 it was fabulous!!
Excellent service with a large menu of options from which to pick. We tend to eat with our eyes first and you can fill up on just their amazing presentations alone, the food just looks great! We tried a bunch of things including various sushi rolls, tempuras, and a few appetizers which were all very good.
We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was just a low-key event. But when they overhead us wishing her a happy birthday, our waitress went out of her way to bring us a special mochi celebration dessert for her and the whole table. It was a really nice and unexpected surprise for all of us.
Looking forward to going back again and enjoying another good meal!
We love Hachi for many reasons. Great presentation with the sushi rolls, byob (we bring our own sake and they give us an iced container to pour it in so it stays cold) delicious food and really friendly staff! Definitely need to make reservations even during the week - they get really busy. Sometimes in peak times might take longer to get your food but DEFINITELY worth it. The roll with the kiwi on it (I forget the name) is one of my favorites!!!!
