Avoid this particular franchise. Unless you want something you didn't order, not the brightest folks here. For whatever reason the flavors of the juices just don't hit the mark! God forbid you ask them to remake an item. Two stars for the store appearance.....
When I walked in the place was dead. Took 30 min. For my bowl to come out, and several people were served before me. Awful customer service. I’m not familiar with what they have, so I was asking a few question about the menu. but the person helping me had no patience.

Went later in the evening and was surprised about the customer service-- it was great! James and the guy he was working with were courteous and prompt and worked with a smile- which is something I sadly don't see as often.
And the order was good, too!

The server who took my order got my name wrong which had my drinks sitting for minutes. I asked and was charged for my extras but did not receive what i paid for. As disappointing as this experience was i still love the place
