Uptown Cafe

This is one of the CUTEST places I've ever been to! It's quiet and the customer service is phenomenal. I called ahead to see about a reservation for 4 people and they were pleasant to chat with on the phone! After showing up, we were given very personal service. There was even an error with one of our food items which we didn't even notice because it was so delicious, but one of the employees noticed and made us another item against our protests! It was not necessary as we were full anyway but they did everything with a smile on their faces! They checked on us several times and it felt very homey. I absolutely plan on only eating here next time I pass through the area.

The staff/owners here truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The service was not only impeccable but also remarkably friendly, and they were incredibly attentive to our needs. The coffee they served was a delightful addition to the experience, with its amazing flavor and quality. Moreover, when we had a large order, they efficiently handled it, impressively delivering it quickly without compromising on the food's deliciousness. I can't recommend this place enough for an all-around exceptional dining experience.

I really enjoyed my lunch meeting at the clean and modern cafe. After to be tired for Panera, this is a nice new place to go for brunch or lunch. Reasonable price, delicious food, and satisfying amount. I ordered turkey panini, my friend ordered K-BBQ, I loved K-BBQ!! I will bring my sisters again. Very cheerful place.

Been waiting for a good cafe to open up in the westfields area and Uptown Cafe is IT. I’ve been here three times so far, the first two for coffees/lattes and today for food. The black coffee alone is amazing - not bitter like a lot of the chains and so fresh. I had a vanilla latte that was stellar. We ordered the breakfast burrito and the k-breakfast sandwich today. Both are SO flavorful and cooked fresh. While they don’t look that big, they are super filling. I can’t wait to try more food here! Aside from the great food and coffee, the service is 11/10. The owners are so kind and passionate. Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve gone out of their way to make me feel welcomed. The food comes out fast and hot, and with a smile. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you like to support local small businesses! Additionally, the aesthetics are great. They did a wonderful job designing the interior, and it’s nice to have all the tables outside so we can bring our dog and enjoy the weather.

I loved this café! Feels very cozy and homey. It’s also very clean and aesthetic. The owners go above and beyond to provide top notch customer service and always greet customers with a warm welcome. The food was fresh, light, high quality, and absolutely delicious! Such a wide variety on their menu full of fusion foods, so there’s so many options to choose from and you’ll never get bored! Highly recommend the steak and cheese sub!!
