Elvies Bistro

I came here for the lumpia. I was not disappointed. FABULOUS. The mongolian beef burger was great. Could have used a bit more spice, but the pork belly(!) was tender and the burger was juicy. My significant other ordered the ramen. The broth was flavorful, the trimmings were plentiful, and the noodles were cooked perfect. I will definitely be returning. There is a primerib special every Friday that comes with smoked gouda scalloped potatoes. I think I drooled on my shirt a bit when it was described to me.

Wife and I had the Mongolian Beef, and Shrimp and Cream cheese Lumpias. Both dishes were spectacular. We dined in front of two towering waterfalls which really created an easy atmosphere - it was easy to relax. Service was excellent. The ONLY thing I'd could Complain about would be the tap water, which is beyond the restaurants control. We will be back again for the Prime Rib!

I'm so glad a place like Elvie's Bistro exists in Centralia! I've been longing Filipino cuisine for a while and this place came through! They have both American and Filipino and other Asian dishes on their menu. We had juicy burgers and a deliciously sweet dessert, but I really recommend their lumpias and the pancit (the shrimp are huge!!!🥰) above anything else. The people there, especially the chef, was super kind and friendly. The prices were great, the food was fresh and hot, and each plate comes with plentiful serving. I saw some wrote about the mirrors being weird, but honestly, I think it gives it a kind of a classy vibe. You can find the menu on Yelp but it may help to have one on Facebook, too. I really hope this place flourishes! It's a real shame I couldn't eat everything on the menu then, so I'll be back for more soon. :)

Absolutely stunned at her craft in the kitchen. My Mongolian beef was absolutely incredible. Beef that falls apart in your mouth, marinade that was tantalizing and complex yet not confusing at the same time. Full of color and character and very filling portions! I would reccomend this to anyone seeking a top notch culinary experience.
