Jack In The Box

This location it need a better management ,first at night time there’s employees inside and they never answer the cars, sometimes they’re smoking by the front door And today Decide to go and place an order I repeat my order five time and they still cannot get my order right, I asked for 4 tacos only lettuce they give me the tacos with hot sauce and cheese only , I asked for my onion ring To be fresh and I got onion rings hard like rock has really bad flavor like maybe that oil need to be change or was on holding time for ever and I try to call to let then know so the phone is not available how I supposed get my order right ? This is not the first time I’m one of the regular customer

Food is standard fast food, but the staff was amazing. Stopped for a quick roadtrip breakfast. My special needs son had a full-on melt down, but the staff couldn't have been more patient and understanding. I was obviously a stressed out dad, and appreciated their calm, reassuring and helpful attitude. Not from around here, and will probably never stop through here again, but I wanted to take a sec to say thank you to this staff.

All the employees seem to do as they please . If your orders not correct they don't bother replacing it so don't ask .Hours are never as they state they are open for ! The night shift an early am need new management they lack common customer service skills shut down the line when there's still a few more cars and stop serving beverages only be able to get[ ice water with your meals for the early am shift I would rather drive to the grand mound location over this fast food restaurant they always have been good service an friendly to

Where do I even begin? It took over ten minutes for them to cook my food (I was there at 11am and the only customer waiting for food), my chicken sandwich was extremely overcooked and was hard as a rock, the men's room looked, and smelled, like it hadn't been cleaned in several days, and an employee was standing just outside the entrance to the restaurant smoking cigarettes which I highly doubt is the "welcome to Jack in the Box" experience that corporate would have wanted. You'd be far, far better off going to any of the other options in the area for food.
