Quesadilla Factory

Don't know how this place has any stars. Worse quesadilla than Taco Bell. The fries weren't actually fries, but bakes. Or grills. There are burn marks on at least half of them. Paid for extra meat, but still got less meat than the weakest of Taco Bell quesadillas. The tortillas were dry and tasteless. They put BBQ sauce on when I said no sauce and just cheese. All of the machines were broken and ate quarters. At least they gave our quarters back. Made a stink over trying to play Zelda because I guess they're reserved or something. I feel a bit ill after a few bites and a few hours of sitting. Not going to try this one a second time for safety.

Though their food is amazing, the arcade is rather lacking and combined with the limited menu, it's worth what you pay. I payed $6 for a Cheese Quesadilla. (Only cheese) and it's a big serving. You could make it at home for less but you could say that for almost anywhere. Overall it's a great place for kids, but after a certain age it begins to bore.

The food is good, but after a recent experience, I will no longer go here. It was busy, and I expected a long wait. No problem…. It happens…. But when gotcha guy prioritizes other people over those that have ordered and been waiting, that is a problem. Someone should not walk in, order, and get their food in 10 minutes when the rest of us have been sitting there for 40 minutes patiently waiting. It was over an hour before we finally got our order. I don’t care if it’s your buddy or family. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
