Hello everyone, me and my family had a bad experience at this BRAVO location in Centerville Ohio. We got there at 3:15 pm, our waiter Molly provided us great customer service, she took our drinks and food order we were hungry and ready. But after waiting until 3:58 pm we were not happy at all. Long wait for our food cold lasagna, chicken tenders burned hard as a rock 🪨 and let's not talk about the French fries 😑 not sure what went on in the back but there were only 2 other tables inside occupied at that time. We complained to Molly she made sure to tell the kitchen and got us fresh food and a discount but still we are not going back to Bravo. Bad👎

The food used to be so good here. And maybe sit down service has a better chance, but I had to share this disgusting flatbread that I received. Not only did it look two days old, but it looked like someone ate off of it. Did I get an employees meal that had been sitting in the kitchen all day? I don’t know but it’s disappointing. When getting delivery, I expect it to be not piping hot, but this was horrible. The salad I got was tolerable but had something weird in it.

Our visit last night was 100% better than the experience we had back in October! The entire atmosphere of the place seems to have had a fresh infusion of higher quality and customer care. I heard that the restaurant was under new ownership, and they certainly seem invested in bringing the place back to the prominence it enjoyed several years ago. Our server, Milo, was an excellent example of personal service and attention to detail. The food tasted like it was freshly made and the seasonings were just right. And a huge "Thank you" to the new owners of the restaurant for bringing back the classic Italian-themed ambient music!! We enjoyed the crispy shrimp Napoli so much, we ordered a second round! My son ordered the chicken parmesan, and he noted that the dish was served as it was in the old days of the original Bravo; herb butter linguine, instead of the overcooked angel hair pasta and marinara. Three of us ordered shrimp fra diavilo, and it was considered to be properly spicy, without added saltiness or heavy oiliness. -If I could offer just one request; please consider bringing back the Ravioli al Forno? My family loved that appetizer, and hope it might find its way back to the menu! After an abysmal visit last October with my family, I almost wrote this place off as a failing overpriced grand dame of sit-down dining. I am happy to retract that notion, and happily look forward to returning again soon!

This place is huge and had a decent ambience. The staff were friendly and polite. It was not busy. The menu is a big huge. I tried the Chicken Parmesan (5/5) the chicken was cooked very good and had a nice crunch to it. The pasta was also cooked well and had a good bite to it. The portions are big. Overall a nice place.

Spaghetti was under cooked. Lasagna was great. Shared wife’s meal. . Ate the meatballs but left the spaghetti. Never asked me what was wrong. Had to ask for drink refills. Pretty expensive for the service we received. Very limited menu. Used to love this place.

Do not order takeout from this restaurant! We ordered fettucines and the raw noodles turned into an even larger raw dough ball. The sauce was nothing more than a liquid base to add the illusion that this is a fettuccine. On top of this the chicken tasted like it was reheated. We had five meals, five chances to be wowed but not a single dish turned the mood. P.S. The beardsticks were obviously premade, even an Olive Garden breadstick can put this bread to shame. Below is the picture of our raw dough ball for a fettuccine.

This place exceeded my expectations. When ordering, I had a nice warm welcome. It was clean and smelled so fresh. The food was prepared quickly. I made a to go order. When I got home the food was still hot and fresh. Taste like true authentic Italian. I'm from Virginia but I will visit again just for this place !
