Anniversary dinner.....chef’s bread board was scruptious as was my hubby’s pork chop and my chicken parm. We’re not huge seafood eaters, so finding a gorgeous place by the water with extra options (other than sea food) was amazing. Reasonable, beautiful ambiance, friendly people! We’ll be back, for sure.

Great Food, great service, beautiful location. And the bartender made up a fruity drink for me and we called it Justice , because we just watched the horse “Justice” just win the triple crown from the bar! Stop in and try a Justice and have a great meal. You won’t be disappointed 😊👍🏼😊

We found this place spontaneously with my husband and our 8 years old son and enjoyed every minute there. The view of the lake during the Sunset was absolutely beautiful ! Food was delicious and the service very warm and very accommodating. We are definitely going to go back. Great spot for special occasions .

We love Millpond and have been coming here for many years and many seasons. Food is delicious, and service, along with your wine and cocktail selections, are all wonderful. We love the outdoor seating and a one of my favorite things is watching the sun dappled over the pond as it is setting. Very peaceful. We don't need any special occasion to make a reservation at Millpond. One of our favorites! My only critique is that we miss your outdoor bar. We used to love having a drink before dinner.

I was there today for brunch and it was very good the only bad thing was it was raining!! It did stop raining in time for our dessert so they pulled the shades up and we got to see the nice view

We had been twice, for dinner and lunch, before booking a dinner party to celebrate our son's engagement. All our visits there have been excellent. The dinner party could not have gone better, due to the attention of GM Amy Ross - she got everything right! The servers were so helpful and very attentive to our guests needs. Our guests raved about the food - delicious! Highly recommend - either for a nice dinner for two - or a more formal, celebratory dinner for a crowd.

I love this place! I've had my daughters christening, communion and many dinners and lunches here! Everyone is so nice and accommodating! And the new addition of Victoria behind the bar is very refreshing! From Sushi to pork to pasta! Mill Pond is a staple! And the view is amazing!

The lobster I had was one of the best, the lake view was so beautiful at twilight.

Celebrated our anniversary with an excellent dinner there. The food was excellent, the view wonderful. We shared fish and the tuna dumpling special, both delicious and carefully crafted. The hostess was kind and helpful in enabling us to wait for a table on the deck but once seated, the table service unfortunately was indifferent. Nonetheless, the overall experience was worthwhile.

Awesome spot right on the water. They have a regular dining room and a covered porch you can sit out on that offers outdoor dining with a beautiful view of the water. The food was pretty good. Not my favorite chicken parm but definitely top 10 I'd say. The service was also excellent. Would definitely come back here.

It had been a while since we came back the Mill Pond House. We had previously been here for my niece's communion, now it was my nephew's turn. Large setup, 2 tables, almost 15-20 people. The menu was prix fixe, which was fine. It was great to spend time with family and friends. I hope we can return and try the other items on the menu. The staff was super courteous and played along with our antics(nothing annoying). The AC was not working great that day and we all felt a bit heated... Hopefully this is resolved before it gets too hot.

Enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner at Mill Pond House. We had the fried calamari, fra diavolo (there's also thai style) as a starter. They were lightly battered and nicely prepared. Very fresh and tasty. For our main course my wife ordered the branzino which came with sautéed spinach and I had the 12oz fillet mignon with mashed sweet potatoes. Both our dishes were perfectly cooked, flavorful and delicious. For dessert we had the banana bread pudding which comes with creme anglaise and vanilla ice cream, the perfect ending to a great meal. We were there on a Tuesday night, not too many people, very relaxed. Staff were attentive, but not overbearing, room temperature was just right and the ambience was very nice. Valet parking only (have cash handy for tip). Overall, a great dining experience.

Always great! We have been here a many times previously and always enjoy. Last week we went again for dinner and had a wonderful time! The food is always delicious, however, I specifically wanted to write a review because our server and host were just amazing. We were seated inside right away. The drink menu is terrific, so unique and delicious. I mentioned to our server Brandon, that I have celiac. My husband and friends were shocked, without me even asking, he showed me which dishes I can order and be safe with. We ordered shrimp tempura for appetizer, Tuna Tar Tar, and the passion roll, presentation and taste work terrific. More importantly, Brandon made sure that the Tuna was gluten-free for me I didn’t even ask, because I knew not to eat the chips, but he came over with cucumber slices for me and the tuna and to make sure that I knew what not to eat, and what was cross contaminated. When I usually go here, I always order the Bronzino however, it was not on the menu, so I tried the Salmon, which was delicious & again just a beautiful presentation and the food was impeccable! The rest at my table, ordered seafood and pasta entrees, which they also loved. I highly recommend!

What a cool place. Valet is on point. The hostess was friendly and knowledgeable, and she didn't rush us into sitting down anywhere even though we had a reservation. We waited at the hip little bar area and had a drink. The bartender was super nice, and the bar, although out of view of mill pond, has a great ambiance. The hostess was 100% correct in encouraging us to wait a few minutes. The table we got upstairs was AWESOME. What a great view. The wait staff was really friendly and the food was delicious. Thank you for making a special occasion for 2 unforgettable.

Family style restaurant with an amazing view. The location looks a bit outdated and smaller than expected but the food was good.

Splendid Sunday afternoon at this majestic place. Great ambience, food, and service. From the valets to the maitre’d to the waiter (Rafael) to the bus staff. It’s on the pricier end but so worth it. We drove about 1.5 hours from northern NJ.

Super Delicious food, and a great location for date spot. Got there around 5:30pm on a Saturday and the window seats where almost all taken up; thankfully we had made a reservation the day before. We were able to get a great table, with an amazing view. The restaurant did get packed about an hour in to our meal. The food is pricey, however, its definitely worth it if you're willing to splurge on some really good food. We had 0 complaints about our experience and will definitely come back again!

Very nice restaurant with good views. Staff attentive without being overbearing. We went during Restaurant Week and it was surprisingly empty for a Monday night dinner. For appetizers, we ordered the New England clam chowder and a salad. The salad was great, the soup was delicious, I think the clams were blended as there were no chewy bits. My filet of sole franchese was a generous portion with vegetables and rice while my wife got the Pappardelle Bolognese and it was a massive portion which was delicious. The kids menu is a bit light (chicken tenders with french fries, grilled cheese with french fries, a few variations of pasta) but limited selections are made up in the quality of the food. The chicken tenders were great, crispy and juicy and just the right amount. We opted for tiramisu which was nicely plated with chocolate drizzle. The only big miss was the lemonade being completely unsweetened which I found surprising. My wife wants to go again but during the day so we can enjoy the nice views which we were not able to enjoy because of early sunsets.
