They went above and beyond to create the perfect cake for my Father's 85 birthday!!! Never disappointed when I go to Benkert's!

No Black Forest or Tiramisu individual cake slices when I got there. Had to do with a chocolate fudge cupcake. It was dry, such a disappointment. Why can't Long Island get a Paris Baguette? 🥲 A decent place with coffee and pastries..sigh 😞
Prices are very reasonable I must say, service was great too. Convenient parking.

Great cakes, great customer service, very reasonable prices! Can't top that! Do not order online though, it gives you delivery prices included, even though it was a pickup!

There should also be a rating for customer service, not just service. Made the error of ordering online for pickup. Never again! ALWAYS CALL PLACES, don't use the apps that jack up the prices, with out your knowledge or consent, AUTOMATICALLY. They are now aware, will address the website issue, & compensated me for all the trouble. Will be going there instead for all my bakery products!

We ordered our engagement cake from Benkert's. We showed them an image of what we were looking for, and they created a beautiful version of it. It was a marble naked cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream icing. Delicious!
