Dq Orange Julius

Ordered the regular rotisserie chicken bites. I got it in a large box with a bag of chips. I open the box to find five moderately sized pieces. They tasted alright, but getting such a large box makes the meal very disappointing. Got a mini blizzard with it and I was the first to order of a group of seven. Mine was made last, even after the group who ordered after us. I wanted to rate the meal in the receipt survey, but the website didn't work. Not the best experience.

These folks did such an amazing job with the custom ice cream cake. The flourishes of icing around the picture is elegant and matches it is truly an artists touch. Matching the "Happy Birthday Teagan" to the lettering in the picture requires such a great eye for detail. The choice for the floral border around the cake makes for such a great mood to the cake. The combination of it all almost made us not want to cut into it. Thanks for the amazing work.

Went to the DQ in Highland Ranch on University. Highly disappointing. I ordered a Strawberry Sundae and got a strawberry yellowish colored frozen yogurt textured sundae. I threw my large sundae in the trash and I drove down to this location off of Arapahoe. Andrew and Sean greeted me with smiles and amazing positive energy! I got the same thing, a large strawberry sundae. It came out as it should. Smooth, milky white and soft ice cream the DQ way the way it has been made my entire life. Thank you Andrew and Sean for your great customer service, clean kept store, and utmost kindness and respect. And perfect DQ Ice Cream.
