Nice clean restaurant for this national chain. Convient location, just off of 131 and next to a gas station, so you can fill up your vehicle and your stomach in one trip.
Staff was friendly and they worked together very well to keep the mood light and uplifting.
There is a drive-thru which is well-paved and wide enough for most vehicles.
The food is good for a fast-food chain, so get what you would expect.
I was in about a week ago, and I went through the drive thru. I was super impressed with the staff, they moved with a fast pace and sense of urgency to get customers through as quickly as possible yet still maintained the friendliness that sometimes, sadly you just don't see much of anymore in customer service. They were also super patient with me while helping me figure out a coupon that was coming off that I had clipped in the Tim Hortons App. My bad, it wasn't working because it was for delivery only. Nonetheless, they were eager to help resolve it. I just need to read the fine print next time.
We arrived as they were getting ready to close, and were able to get a couple donuts from the back that they were about ready to get rid of, the gal behind the counter was very nice to deal with, coffee was fresh and the donuts were very good still.
This is after a long road trip and getting gas next door, this Tim Hortons was a very welcome sight.
I was the only one inside and it took a little while for my coffee and sandwich. The ice caps are super sweet.
Yum! First timer getting donuts and they were so good. I recommend the timbits birthday cake. Uh, yum.
An example of what every Time Horton's should strive to be like! They work efficiently, my food orders are never messed up and the coffee is always great. Pricing didn't go up here as much as it did at the Plainfield Avenue location, so that is appreciated. Also very pleased that the lobby is back open again.
Love Tim Hortons ❤ great coffee and good spot for a quick lunch or coffee break.

Wow! Amazing food and service! Crossiant meal was hot and delicious. Husband got the wrap breakfast meal and was hot and delicious. Donuts were delicious! Coffee very good! The service was amazing! The guy ordering for us was very helpful and nice and the lady at the window giving us our food was INCREDIBLY NICE and made my day!!! Thank you!
Always stop by whenever I am in Michigan. I love this place.
Tried the coffee here and it was great so today I decided to try a meal item. I can honestly say my order was the best thing I've ever waited in a drive through line for! You might wait a few minutes more than a typical fast food restaurant, but there's nothing typical about the quality of this food. If you're thinking about stopping here, stop thinking and go!

Great experience....they can make some amazing coffee flavor combinations here as well as chai or something called a strawberry shortcake... I have one employee I prefer...tell em what I'm in the mood for and let them surprise me...love it! And the food is so good. I've been a fan of Tim Hortons for years.
