For first timers, we didn't care for the seat yourself casual setting. It was a busy Saturday night so that didn't help, they were packed! Beer was delicious and food was great. Had the spinach dip and it had a little kick but not spicy. Brisket was on point and the flannel fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.
The only negative would be no table service..food was good, drinks were good, there was a lady constantly cleaning! Love that! Nice selection of German food! So good we all forgot to take pics prior to eating and only snapped a pic of the burger...lol

First time here. What a cool place! Traditional German beers. All of the ones I tried were great. The food was pretty damn good as well! The menu was full of German dishes also! I wish I could've tried everything!

Honestly the best beer I've ever had. That takes the spot over founders, new Holland, perrin, and bells.
Also, great selection of good. Good schnitzel and the only place I'm aware of to get it regularly. I'd avoid lunch unless you want to fall into a food coma early in the day.
Delicious food, amazing beers, and wonderful service! Definitely a must visit if you're in the Cedar Springs area and worth the trip if you're not.
