The restaurant was very nice, clean and fancy. The waiter was excellent and we had great service. The master chef even came and talked to us! He is very cool too. The food was excellent. The food was prepared perfectly and looked great. The steak is high quality, tender and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant and it is expensive. It’s worth it.

We ate here for a family birthday celebration. We had a large group but they were very accommodating. I had the ribeye and it came out just as I had ordered. Everyone seemed to be satisfied with their meals. Spouse had prime rib and it was delicious as well. Would be nice to offer a salad with the meal vs charging extra since the price is a little higher.

First time here and the food was good. We did have a large group and I'm not sure they are used to having a group so large. Some of the sides came out at room temp, however still tasted good. Server was enjoyable, but had a hard time when food came out making sure the right steak with the correct level of done was given to the person it was for so musical plates was a thing. Enjoyable.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had already heard some bad reviews from people that have eaten here but figured we would give it a shot... that won't happen again. Made reservations for 7pm and was delighted to see surf and turf on the menu at a very reasonable price. There were 4 of us, we all ordered the surf and turf (prime rib and crab legs) and was excited to receive our meals. 5 mins later the waitress came back and said they ran out of crab and asked if 2 lobster tails for each would be a OK. I thought... absolutely sounds like an upgrade to me... should have seen this as RED FLAG #1. We order beverages and don't see our waitress again for at least 30 minutes. One of the people that was with us who sat with an empty glass for over 20 minutes just ended up walking to the bar and paying for another drink there... RED FLAG #2. Also noticed the table next to us was brought out rolls after they ordered and we had been sitting there prob 45 mins and no rolls.. RED FLAG #3. I ask the GM walking by if we are supposed to get rolls and he says yes, and states he will grab some. 10 mins pass by, still no rolls but we finally see the waitress again and say our food is coming out shortly. About 10 mins later, GM walks by again, still didn't bother to grab rolls and food comes out shortly after. Not only only is it an entirely different cut of meat, the baked potato is so cold it doesn't even melt butter, the meat we go was over cooked and the lobster tails cold. The butter looked like hardened crisco... I wish I would have taken photos, it was embarrassing. Needless to say, we were all fed up, told the waitress to take it all back and we were going to go somewhere else. 70 mins of our lives we will never get back. Waitress came and got the GM again and the GM had the audacity to say well it's Valentines Day we had some challenges and continued to use that excuse. Really? Valentines Day caused your cooks to not cook not only the right cut of meat but to overcook it? To not hire enough people for your reservations? For our food to come out cold? No, it's your operation that needs work, don't blame it on the holiday. Net net we had all of our food comp'd and went to Olive Garden and had an amazing experience which saved the rest of the night. The GM should take a pad and paper and go learn from them how to run a business. DO NOT waste your time with this place, there are many others that blow the doors off this place in the immediate area. Save your future frustrations and go elsewhere!!

My wife and I had dinner for our anniversary last week. The service was great and the 18oz Porterhouse was perfect. My wife has found a new drink to enjoy in the - H.R. Alexander. My guess is a month from now we won't be able to walk in to get a seat. If you like steak, you'll love Huston Rogers.

I've heard this place can be pretty hit or miss but on this occasion it was a hit. My steak was very good but after tasting the flavor i wish i would have gotten the ribeye cause im guessing that would be amazing. My wife ordered one thing and got something different and it was really good. They offered us a dessert to make up for it which wasnt that great of an offer considering but honestly what she got was probably better than what she ordered. We will try it again. I hope they dont disappoint but based on some other reviews ill need to keep my fingers crossed.

Took my terminaly ill Father here for his last Father's day. Manager had no regrets and we paid $200 for horrible day for my Dad The steaks for all four of us were chared beyond reconi notion. The service was terrible. We had to ask three times to get a plate or butter. I felt so bad for my Dad. We talked to the manager and was told that the till was closed so they could not compinsate us. Paid $200 for the worst service and food. My Father died three days later and no concern from this staff. Shame on you!
