I was with my 80 year old mom looking for a place to eat without going off our route. We found this place. It was a busy Tuesday with the Captain singing and interacting with the patrons. We just had burgers which were just so-so but watching my mom have a blast was priceless. She can't wait to go back!

Great locals bar very busy place chicken wings were awesome. Cocktails were good. Great conversation with the local Karaoke started before we left other food from the kitchen looked awesome. Definitely recommend if you like local.

Always a great place to have a quick dinner and drinks. The wings are the best. Other items on the menu are delicious as well. The staff are always friendly and very attentive to their customers. I highly recommend Riptidez.

THE BEST chicken wings in Carteret county! Three of us ate til stuffed and shared 2 pitchers of beer for less than $50! Local bar vibe and nothing fancy. Stars are based on how good food is and our favorite place to eat.

The best burgers in the area (IMO).
I have not dined in, we always get it to go so I cannot review that. Parking isn't great and the entrance is not really marked and could use a little maintenance but the food is excellent so it makes up for it.

Cool, friendly little neighborhood bar. The staff is very nice. I was there for several hours from about 3 in the afternoon, so I can't speak to how busy this place gets as it wasn't very busy when I was there. I also didn't eat, so I can't speak to the food.
My only complaint is that I had to flag the server down every time I wanted a drink, every time. And I was sitting at the bar. LOL Not a huge deal as I wasn't in a hurry, I just found it funny with how few customers were there. But she was still nice and friendly and I liked her!
I enjoyed this bar a lot and would definitely go back!
