I recently ate at this location. It was by far my worst Fast Food experience ever. The food tasted absolutely awful. The bun was dry and tasted like the paper it was wrapped in. I thoroughly hated it and will never go back to a McDonald's. This is the 3rd time in a row where the food has tasted like someone stepped on it. Dog food tastes better and is healthier. And yes, I've tried it.
I didn't ever bother going back to complain because I know the other one would still taste like garbage. And after the first being so disappointing, I was beyond wanting another gross burger from this dive restaurant that has been going downhill for years.
The only reason I chose this slop house was because Wendy's was closed.

Oh my gosh the pizza was so gooooood. The waitress was very wonderful but I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Thank you for the terrific night before my surgery. Made it back home after only two nights and have two pieces of pizza that we will have for dinner tonight to remember our trip. Hoping my non- treatable cancer will heal after all

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The breakfast crew there is fantastic. After breakfast is over, stay away. I went there and ordered 2 hamburgers. Literally the simplest thing on the menu. Still had to wait for 20 minutes, and on top of that, my order was still wrong. It's seriously annoying.

Takes awhile to get through the drive thru, the food was correct this time, for that I am grateful. Although I have been handed the complete wrong order here before, I was a manager at a local Mcds, I know it happens. Harder to turn around and get the issue fixed due to the fact the traveler may be jumping back on 41, and it's not as accessible to just make a quick turn around. Check your bags!!! One simple step alleviates a lot of headaches, trust me!

Can they ever get an order correct? Can they ever remember to put the condiments in the bag? I don't understand how hard any of this can be. Things usually don't upset me but I am tired of getting my order and pulling over to check it before I head home.

The person taking our order was really nice he was cracking jobs and giving suggestions as we ordered. It was clean but missing some of the amenities in the dining area although it was open for dine in. Also we asked for bbq sauce they gave us one and then every other sauce you could think of 🤦🏾♀️

Took about 5 minutes to get help everyone was worried about taking care of the drive thru. We had 3 people in our family and only got one napicken one silverware for 3 orders of hot cakes. Order was correct and people was nice

The young,white thin male that was working tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes for 1 value meal and when I asked about it he purposely tipped over my sons drink and laughed. Then he handed me the bag of food and said "this has been ready and we called your name" laughing again. While I waited several other people came in from the drive thru complaining about wrong orders and long wait times. And he continued to laugh. Unbelievable.
