I come from Utah Valley, where the Wendy’s locations suffer from a lack of care about the company’s mission and purpose; to provide great quality cheap food and cut no corners. I had just about lost faith In the Franchise when on a hot summer evening my party pulled into it the drive thru. The service was amazing and fast. The food was delicious; fries were hot and crisp, chicken succulent and flavorful. I then realized that Wendy’s at its core was everything I loved most about fast food; but many of its employees had lost that vision and the experience suffered because of it. Well…..not these guys. Keep it up Cedar City Wendy’s. You guys all deserve raises, paid holidays off, Wendy’s swag, a company trip to Belize all expenses paid…the whole nine yards. Thank you 🙏

The team member who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable. The service was fast and I was happy with the quality of the ingredients I wish they had done a better job cutting the chicken breast - it's cumbersome to cut it with plastic utensils. I also LOVED that said team member did not wish me a nice day. These days, that forever ruined greeting is an awful thing to hear. I was disappointed they no longer had coffee for the day. I asked for a cup for water and got one promptly but there was no water. I was told I could get a free, zero calorie drink from the fountain. I got vitamin water. The condiment station was well stocked and the women's restroom was clean.

Not sure if I vot wrong order, or my order was just completely messed up. I walked inside and cashier was friendly but my order was too go, she has it on a tray. No ice tea available. When I got home the burgers were both supposed to be double. Neither one was a double, both single cheese burgers. Treated like it was made bots before. Ended up throwing both burgers out. We ate from home.

Says drive through is open until 1am and yet at 10:30pm unable to get service when there are clearly two workers inside. It says the hours were update 2 weeks ago and you have the sign drive through open flashing. I understand working food service is hard however they could've taken the time to speak through the speaker either informing of a wait or something. Really disappointed in the lack of service 🙃

I paid for extra bacon on my burger I get my burger no extra I go ask if I can get my extra bacon manager tells girl next time he want extra he has to pay for it. I told her read the receipt before you make smart mount comments I did pay for it. Manager is not professional

The staff here was a joke. The cashier was doing his best to get the food ready and out to the guests, but the manager was in the back the whole time, despite there being AN INSANE wait. The girl at the drive thru window was not doing anything helpful; just standing there between orders. She would take an order over the Com, then stand there and wait around. There were at least five staff working, and it LITERALLY TOOK 45 MINUTES TO GET ONE ORDER OF FRIES. Get real. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This place was terrible!!! Part of our order included two 4 for $4, which is supposed to come with jr bacon cheeseburgers. Looks like what our two orders received was jr cheeseburgers … not that good either!!! Also, their coke was terrible … must not have been mixed correctly. We were just passing through and needed dinner. Wish we hadn’t ordered here.

the Wendy's right of the freeway in Cedar has gone down in service. i took my family there to try to feed them lunch. we were in line to order and the worker said you had to kiosk to make the order. we had to get out of line and use the kiosk and it wouldn't go through. we got back and line and when we got to the front of the line she said qe had to order on the kiosk. we told her it wasn't working and asked if she would take the order she said no and said to try the other kiosk. we did and when the other kiosk rejected our order we showed her the payment was going through but that it rejected the order again. she wasn't happy we showed it to her abd she said it will be while because they were busy. i told her we have waited twice in- line abs didn't want to wiait again to be told to go to another kiosk. She ignored us and went somewhere. we walked across the street to Burger King. This isn't the first tme with order problems at this Wendy's. i woukd not reccomend this Wendy's if you are planning on ordering and eating food.
