I went to this restaurant with my husband and his friends. We had a fun time there. The waitress was really nice. The only complain I have is that the food were really pricey. My husband didn’t like the steak since there were too much fat on it. But besides that we had a great time.

Very friendly staff, delicious food! I ordered the lamb with rice/mushrooms. The lamb was melt in your mouth tender and tasted delicious! Perfectly cooked rice with perfect ratio of little mushrooms. Salad bar had fresh vegetables and an extremely delicious pasta salad. Don't miss your chance to visit Milts if you are in the area.

Great for friends, family get togethers. Dinner party an drinks are so on point have to try cherry lemon sour drop. So freaking good. Love the waitresses they are great. Love the food so good.

Great service, but the steaks were just okay. A steakhouses go, the steak was okay, but not great. Our waitress was excellent and is the reason I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of one star.

Pricey, but yummy! The service was great! Very rustic atmosphere. Our server, Carieanne, was very friendly and personable. She made excellent suggestions and made us feel welcome. Good, high end steak! We ate every bite! My husband even liked it, and he's super picky. Even sent back a steak at Fleming's once.

Milt's Stage Stop is a steak house restaurant located part way up Cedar Canyon. Milt's has a comfortable rustic ambience including wild life mounts and photography. The menu includes streak, chicken and fish. The food is out of this world good. One of my favorites if the prime rib, medium rare. Your meal included a trip to their salad bar, witch is over of the best in the state. The meal will also include your choice of potato or steamed veggies. I've eaten at Milt's dozens of times over to decades and the food is always FABULOUS. I'd recommend, and have recommended Milt's hundreds of times.

The prime rib was beautiful, with a flavorful cooked bark full of umami. It was worth driving from St. George for the local Utah ranch beef. Unfussy, so don't dress up. Also the drinks are inexpensive but typical Utah low strength. I suggest reservations.
