I have not been to Little Caesars Pizza since before the pandemic and things have really changed now you can order online the setup is is done by email tells you when it's ready you come in scan your code and it opens up a little door where your pizza and breadsticks and everything are waiting for you. The Taste is great which it always was I remember that the pepperoni pizzas were ready and able to pick up without a weight usually for like $5 so prices have gone up but everything has I just think the layout is nice it's a much nicer store then then it used to be but as far as quality and everything else goes I would say it's equal maybe a little more money invested in a Lobby and that type of thing

I ordered online wanted just a simple classic pepperoni pizza and an Italian cheese bread and marinara sauce. Used the pizza portal got back in my car and since I was a ways from home checked my order... it was wrong, instead of Italian cheese bread I got a personal deep dish pepperoni along with my classic pepperoni. I go back into Little Caesar's and explained I didnt get the correct Italian cheese bread and this employee had fantastic customer service! Not only did he apologize for the mix up and get my cheese bread, but he also told me I could keep the pizza I had received incorrectly! Best customer service I've had in years! (And not just because I got a free pizza lol)

I placed my order by phone, 1 Hula Hawaiian,1 deep dish pepperoni, cheese sticks and crazy sauce. As busy as they were they got my order quickly. The gentleman behind the counter was awesome. The team kept it together. Outstanding! I received a pepperoni instead of a Hula Hawaiian and called the store, promptly addressed the mistake and offered a complimentary Hula Hawaiian on my next visit this Monday 2/17/20. Will definitely continue to be a patron of this establishment. Great customer service and great job.

I walked into my local Little Caesar’s to buy myself a pizza on Christmas Eve right before they were closing. There was a couple in the lobby displaying some PDA while they waited for their order, and this particular Thot said she would put in a complaint because her order took to long. This woman’s remark is what prompted me to right my own review of my own experience. Despite the long wait, My food was hot, delicious, and delivered to me in a professional manner. At the time there were 3 employees working until the pizza maker unexpectedly walked out. At the same time 6 more orders had been put in. Since one of the employees was a new hire this left the district manager Noreona C. to take all the orders, while she made the pizzas, and while she trained her new coworker. It’s clear Noreona is a hard working individual able to carry the squad, and she does it with a positive attitude. Someone give her a raise. Good pizza, would eat again.

By far one of the best pizza places I’ve ever been to. Hard working employees that make sure their motto is also true “hot and ready”. The guy at the cash register, George I think his name is is one of the sweetest guys I’ve ever met making sure we have everything we want on our pizza and always has a smile on his face. Overall; great pizza, always ready, nice convenient spot, lovely workers. Keep up the great work! 100% recommend

Great Little Caesar’s with fast service. Ive come here multiple times now and always find a staff thats very fun and energetic. The young cashiers are always super smiley and friendly. George has helped me out a couple times to make sure my order is perfect. The prices are more expensive than other Little Caesar locations but for great customer service its worth the extra dollar. Will return for more pizza here in the future.
