Taco Bell

The kiosk is literally blocking people from standing in line. There is no cashier because he is packing stuff instead. People cut you off while waiting and are rude. For people who despise machines replacing people, this place has no drive through so you walk in and get a machine. That is NOT an advantage. Get a cashier!

Best taco bell I have ever been to in my life! We came at 3:30pm on a Saturday. Place was empty. The food was amazingly prepared! The cheesy bean and rice burritos are perfection. The Doritos taco shell was actually crispy and fresh for the first time ever! The quesadilla was also stuffed to perfection.

This Taco Bell has become REALLY slow...there can be 6 people working, and it will take 20 minutes to make 3 Burritos. Maybe 3 or 4 other orders running simultaneously at most and still slow. Food usually comes out good, but at what cost? I'll order on the app, get there 15 minutes later and still have to wait 20 minutes. Not ok. However it is the only one near by, so they can get away with it. Captive audience I guess :(

So I go to this location when I go into Castro valley and want something quick. 70% of the time there’s some type of issue. Today I ordered a med freeze (happy hour) and 2 5-layers. He charges me and I notice he charges me for a large. So they argued that a med was a large because the only have two sizes??? Umm I didn’t order a large he should have asked I meant “regular”. But what ever no big deal but then I get my food and dip out. I take a bite of my 5 layer and knew something was missing immediately. Both of them were missing the extra tortilla inside. I still ate it but still annoying every time I go it’s a risk if everything comes out right.
