Subway

Came in today 6/10/21 with my kids to get a quick bite after grocery shopping. The lady that “helped us” was very rude. Didn’t greet us, didn’t ask if we wanted our subs toasted. The gal that rang us up, with the blond hair was very polite and pleasant, but the other gal needs to work on her customer service and attitude. Maybe a smile every now and then wouldn't hurt.

I work in the area and come in quite frequently looking for a sandwich. Today 3/29/2021, I came in to a line of people waiting for an order to be taken and made. A few folk had been waiting about ten minutes for a staff member to take their order. They all left and I stood there hoping maybe the staff was just on a break and that if I waited she/he would be out in no time. Nobody came to the front after standing there for 20 minutes. I tried shouting to the back, and called the store twice. No employee came out and I wasted my break waiting on them. This is not the first time it’s happened, it’s been an ongoing incident. I will definitely not be going back to this location anymore. I hope you staff properly in the future so somebody else doesn’t have the same experience had.

I took my 12 year old daughter to this Subway yesterday and this red head girl named Alexis was very rude. She had no customer service whatsoever!! First of all she did not even greet us. Secondly, she had no personality or even cared about closing the transaction. Lastly, when she took my payment for the meals, before giving us the cinnamon pretzel, she walks away from us and started helping another customer. I told the other worker that was working there that she never give me my pretzel. He then turned to her and told her but she ignored him. He then made it for my daughter and handed it to us. Honestly, I am gonna contact the general manager of this location. Personally, I felt like it’s a racial thing because I’m not white. I have never been treated so rudely in my life!! She really tested my patience! Also by reading everyone else’s posts, it doesn’t sound like this place is known for outstanding customer service!!!!!

If I could give them a zero star or negative I would. I am sitting here on my lunch break and they are talking about every customer they have ever been rude to. Trying to compare who has been the rudest, like its some sort of competition. They are cussing super loud with children in their store. As a previous Subway store manager all I can say is this place absolutely disgusts me. You can tell nothing has been cleaned in weeks or even months.

Expected the average subway experience, not great but not horrible. The red head girl behind the counter has a serious attitude problem. I understand everyone has a bad day but dont take it out on the customer! I questioned the amount of bacon on my BLT and she got very hostile, from there on her attitude got worse. She said “do you want to count it?” Turns out only 6 slices of bacon instead of 8 when i asked for double bacon. Go to the one over at the gas station just down the street, the blonde girl there has helped me multiple times and has always been bubbly and accommodating! i dont write many reviews and really only do them when i walk out saying “what a f****** B****!”

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. I have never had such consistantly horrid service from any other Subway. Two workers just seriously looked me in the eyes as I waited first in line, and then both proceeded to walk into the pack for two whole minutes without greeting or serving me. I ended up just leaving and going to another place for some lunch. After waiting for 3 whole minutes and being looked directly at by two of the workers (who proceeded to turn their backs to me and walk away), I left the store hungry. Never ever making the mistake of wasting my time here ever again.
