Siena At The Courtyard

Fantastic restaurant, great service, amazing food and the music was delightful. My husband and I went (1st time) based on neighbors suggestions, well worth it! Both dishes were amazing (Chef Gume Pasta and Lasagna) but the lasagna was probably one of the best I've ever tried. The atmosphere was very nice, relaxed, upscale, just a great evening. Will definitely be returning!!

The servers were kind, but we waited for about an hour and a half before our food came. The server came roughly every 20 minutes to refill our drinks, but that’s all. Only two other tables were being used. We asked the manager after an hour if there were any problems with our order, and he didn’t seem to care all too much. 20 minutes later the food arrived, and it was actually decent. However, it was not worth the wait. I wish the best for the people that work at the his establishment, however, I do not recommend this place to others.

Can't really judge this place because I wasn't given the chance. I had made reservations to enjoy an early dinner. But they didn't inform me that the menu at the time I made was a happy hour "bar type" menu. Was prepared to have the full on experience with bottle of wine. If I could, the fig hardens drink would be 5 star! Maybe I will have an opportunity to update

We had dinner there last night and it was the worst service I have experienced in a long time. We made reservations and everyone got there on time. It took over 40 minutes for us to get our drinks and the waiter was never around. We only got 1 round of drinks and no one ever came to fill our water glasses. My husband was seriously considering just ordering at the bar and bringing them back to our table. The restaurant was not crowded there were 4 other tables and people sitting at the bar. I truly understand that everyone is short staffed and we were more then patient, we were almost getting ready to leave when our drinks showed up. Then it took a long time for the waiter to come back and take our order. I had to actually tell him we are ready to order so he would not leave. Another time I was trying to order more drinks and he just walked away mid sentence. The poor service we received was not due to staff shortage it was the staff not caring or even trying. Our waiter did not come over and apologize for the long wait in fact we saw him doing shots with one of the other tables. Again I have not been treated like this at a restaurant in a very long time, staffing shortage or not. They have fantastic pizza here but I will not be back and everyone in our party will not be back because of the horrible service we received.

The restaurant offered a variety of different types of meals from burgers and pasta to salad lunch entrées. However, in my opinion the restaurant is more attractive to couples on dates, or lightweight meals. The portion size is alright, nothing too special, and the prices are a little higher. Parking can be difficult in downtown Castle Rock so go early if you plan to be there on time. I can only speak to the quality of the burger that I had, which I was not blown away with. It’s was an alright burger, but I don’t think this restaurant is known for its burgers. Overall, mediocre lunchtime experience. Three stars because of price, parking, and just not my cup of tea.

Headed over to Siena to get a gift card for our two neighbors early Saturday evening. Wasn't sure the place was even opened for business until we pushed open the door. The place was very dimly lit, and rather different from the last time we were there before Covid. So it's been awhile. The manager recommended $150 giftcard for two persons. The transaction was easy. We didn't stay for dinner because we had a very heavy lunch but we'll be back again.

I know this doesn’t sound right but this is a great place to eat however it’s under new management, I don’t believe that a Caesar dressing should be made with mayonnaise or a blue cheese dressing should be made With mayonnaise. After all it is Christmas Eve and I love supporting my hometown restaurants, but this was probably one of the worst meals I ever had, I had linguine with clam sauce in supposed to be a white wine, which was dried out nothing but a couple of tomatoes and some clams that were not little necks. Four little clam shells with these little funky things in them. Carrot cake is not traditional, however you can’t go wrong on the wine they have a great wine selection. Are usually love going in this place but it was so unusually bad I’m not sure when I’ll ever return.
