Pizza Hut

We ordered a Hand Tossed And got a Greasy thin crust! We told them we ordered a Hand Tossed! His reply was this is Hand Tossed! The crust was terrible so greasy it was like a sponge! Then we asked for a box! They brought us a box that had already had a pizza in it with sauce spelt in it! Cassville was one of the best around! But this trip was terrible!!

We ordered a Supreme pizza. arrived with Pepperoni, cheese, mushrooms. And one of the crumbled meats, was so burnt could not tell which one. I called and they offered to remake. Ok please do. $18.00 for a 3 topping pizza a little much. New pizza arrives; Same thing other than they threw a couple of onions on it. This time not only was the crumbled meat burnt, so was the crust. This is the worst Pizza we have ever bought from Any Pizza Hut. What a rip off. We usually do Casey’s, we will continue to do Casey’s!

No comments were read for pizzas. As a previous customer I decided to give this location another chance to prove improvement in service. They failed to get 1 of 2 pizzas wrong adding two ingredients that were not ordered. Instead of waiting for a new pizza I took it home and make the best out of it. When we arrived home I found more grease then sauce on the pizza. Will NOT recommend this location again nor return even though it is closer. The only improvement was the staff being friendly and not having to wait 10-15 mins in the drive-thru like we use to.

Went in today for lunch and had exceptional service from Austin and the team! He went above and beyond to accommodate our allergen (no pork) special request order. He was very friendly and made us feel like we were not being a burden! We appreciated that so much. Also, wanted to add that the restaurant was clean and looked well cared for.
