Waffle House

Craving a fresh made waffle, we decided to try this location for lunch. I do not think we will ever return. HW was so mouthy, disrespectful and down right rude to staff and us. The restaurant was dirty and not being wiped down on the back end or front end properly. The food was nothing extravagant for “diner food” but did come out hot. The hamburger was nothing to “write home about”. The hash browns were soggy and only half cooked on one side. The only thing they got right was the waffle. Staff needs some training and the place needs to be cleaned. Expectations are important for staff and customers. Show us you care and clean up your act. We miss the old days were Waffle House was the best!

This place is terrible!! I use to come here all the time and it was very clean. But now it’s absolutely filthy and I hope the health department doesn’t see this. The lady serving me wouldn’t give me a regular dinner plate because the dishwasher was broken. She laughed about the dishwasher and said that she wish it broke more often because she hates doing dishes. The entire place was dirty except the cooks station. You could tell that he was trying to keep his area clean. Then a homeless guy walked in and asked if she could give him some hash browns. She told the guy to clean the parking lot in exchange for the hash browns. After he went to clean the parking lot she said that was great because it was one less thing for her to do. It wasn’t like she was doing anything anyway. There was only me and another couple in the whole restaurant. There’s absolutely zero excuse for this and I’m sure the owners wouldn’t appreciate it. One last thing, it was so bad I even seen a slice of bread stuck in a cabinet vent facing the public.

What a great experience this spur of the moment decision was! Just 1 other customer and the crew had some music playing....service from Amelia was excellent. Super friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and pleasant without being clingy. Food prepared by Chase was exactly 💯 to order. Things requested to be prepared a particular way were exactly correctly done. Portions were actually just right. The place was clean and both of them were busy working but never ignored us. Really the best dining experience we've enjoyed in a long time. KUDOS!

Wow! Amelia is the best waitress I’ve ever had. She works very quickly and efficiently while ensuring that all her customers are taken care of. Her teamwork with the cook is synergistic. The food is always hot and fresh. Once you get to know the servers and cooks here, they will take care of you :) bravo 👏
