City Brew Coffee

I honestly didn't have a great experience here. I felt bad because there were only 2 workers in the whole place but it took 23 mins to get just 4 drinks and 3 of them were identical. No one else was in line and we didn't see anyone in the store. (We were in the drive thru). What made the experience really bad was my mother, sister, and I (that got the 3 identical drinks) all got very sick afterwards. Our stomachs hurt and we felt pukey. Not fun. One good thing was the 2 workers were incredibly kind and had great attitudes. I wish they could get more help for those 2.

I have been spending at least 50 dollars a week at the West side location and today I went to the drive thru and they were not open at 5:30 am. I drove to the East side location and they were not open. I went back to the West side location and they were still not open at 6:15 am. I was sitting in the drive thru and saw a guy walk in but he still didn't open so I came home and called and the man answered and I told him about my unhappiness that neither location was open in time and I ran at least $5.00 of gas and still didn't have any coffee and asked if I could get a free one. He said no and was very rude. I called the main office in Billings and there is no way to even leave a message. Needless to say I will NEVER patronize City Brew again and I am taking my business to Starbucks.
