Review Whiteside Brewing Company - Cashiers

I stopped here after a hike for a bite to eat and beer. I was very impressed! I had one of the best smash burgers I've ever had, delicious mac n cheese and a delicious beer (factory reset IPA). Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly! The outside patio was a great spot to enjoy the weather, watch sports, and there was a large green space for kids to play as well!

Great atmosphere, food and drinks! On a warm summer night there was a refreshing breeze and fresh mountain air. The cicadas from surrounding trees were competing with live music and it felt like you are at a private party in the woods. The vibe is very chill. Smashburger and chicken sandwich were superb. Beer is great. Plenty of shaded outdoor seating. Lots of cute puppies - there are plenty of water bowls around and water spigots to fill them. Service is friendly and fast. A definite must to visit and if there is live music, your visit will be extra special.

Stopped by for dinner while on vacation in the Cashiers area and left super impressed!. I have to agree with earlier reviews - the chicken sandwich was amazing! I added swiss to mine and it was one of the best I've had. The smash burger was also excellent as was their imperial IPA and their Gose on tap. The place was hopping on a Friday night, but it was easy to park and the service was quick. Definitely will be back!

Stopped by for dinner tonight. Service was fast and friendly. Beer was great! I had a smash burger and it was good except it had too much salt. Another person in my group that had one too said the exact same thing. Wife said her grilled cheese was good but soup wasn’t good. We Had fried pretzels and they were good but a little on the greasy side (I know, it was fried). Friend had Brussels sprouts and she said they were really good! The cheese curds were good too. Overall, it was a good stop that I can recommend.

Great place. The Greek Salad was awesome, the wings tasty, and the fries crispy! Wait staff friendly and efficient! Loved our time there!

Came based on several recommendations from locals. Whiteside did not disappoint! The drinks were great, food was delicious. Service was fast. Outdoor dining was perfect. We will be back!

A great place - good beer & variety, killer venue (inside and out), quality food. Doesn’t get any better. Only open Thursday through Sunday (Sept 2023).

We stopped in on a whim after a visit to Dry Falls and fell in love with the Mexican Lager. It was deliciously refreshing and light but still very flavorful. That’s a tough balance to strike but it was so well done that we actually visited twice in one day, coming back after a trip to Upper Whitewater Falls. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!

This place was not what I expected. But I mean that in a good way. First of all, it's not table service. You go up to the counter and order your food. You can open a tab if you want, and just keep going up and adding on to your order as time goes on. That's a good thing. It's very clean. The staff was super nice! The beer was definitely top notch. We also ordered a sangria slushy. Very refreshing. As far as the food, the cheese curds were amazing. There were so many of them and they were so delicious. We also got burgers. I didn't expect much because the burgers were only 4 oz each. But it's a double stack so it's quite substantial. I added mushrooms and bacon to mine and it was amazing. Perfectly cooked, nice and juicy, very flavorful, (the bacon rocked!) and the bun was perfect, nice and fresh. Definitely get the sweet potato fries. I've never had them at a restaurant where they weren't soggy, but this place made them super crispy. We ended up ordering the pretzels to go. Delicious evening snack. I can't wait to go back.

My go-to spot when I’m in town spending time with my husband and his family. The brews and environment bring me back to my Colorado mountain living days! The food is out of sight and the beer is wonderful. We love trying something new (and our usual favorites) every time we come in. Highly recommend for your next night out or afternoon R&R.
