Mcdonald's

I finally decided to eat inside a McDonald's after all the time. It started out well, and we got free balloons for the kids. But that's where it went downhill and fast. I used the kiosk to place an order, but it failed to send to the monitors, but still charged my card. So I had to talk to the cashier, which couldn't do anything. She had to get somebody else, which couldn't do anything. She got the manager I guess which had me verbally tell the cashier what I ordered and she wrote it down. This then was sent to "somebody" to make. The order was still semi-incorrect after an eternity of waiting, but we got a free large fry out of it by mistake. When we finally did get the food, it was very fresh and some of the best I've had, so that was nice.

Perfection. Its Halloween evening, my 5 and 7 year old son's are besides themselves with anticipation but still need dinner. Stressful enough at this very moment for any parent when we run into a payment issue for bringing the wrong card (notice I shared the blame here 😁). Then as a complete surprise a very friendly and heplful by the name of Dallas bought our family's meal. Thank you sir, the kindness is hopefully returned in life if not the work space at the very least
