Kfc

I ordered an 8pc meal in store and had to wait about 15 minutes. There we other customers that also ordered. The employee came to the counter to explain to them that one of the items wasn't available. A little while later, he came back and called out 8pc, so I took the took the order and left. I live about 40 minutes away. I got home and opened the order, and it was the wrong order. It was more food than I had ordered. It must have been the other customers. I tried calling, but no one answered. I feel bad, but I wasn't going to drive back. By then, the other people would be gone also. I will now check my orders before I leave the restaurant.

Me & my bf had a coupon for an 8 piece. And OMG Isaac was super kind and attentive! I wasn't even mad over the wait because they're hardworkers and doing what they can to help everyone. I so wasn't expecting I saac to check on us and give us drink cups for the wait! Idk what was going on but thank you so much! That's going above and beyond! Give Isaac a raise and move Isaac up! Made my day!

I hadn't eaten at this place since before the pandemic (albeit, a phony pandemic). I stopped dining there because they've discontinued the buffet. KFC has always been overpriced but now they're prices can be described as completely bazaar. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars is because the food was great and the store was relatively clean. The employees looked much more professional and clean than they did around 2 or 3 years ago. So in summary, there really isn't anything wrong with KFC location in Casa Grande anymore, except for their prices. Over the years, the Popeyes (down the road) had taken all of their business away because their food was much better quality and the store was always clean as a whistle. But that's changed now and the opposite is true. I won't dine at Popeyes anymore. Their food is nasty compared to KFC.

Fast, friendly, & efficient service! I was waited on promptly and with a smile. My order arrived before I had the chance to prepare my iced tea. They were out of 3 beverages at the drink Tower during my visit. My chicken was hot and fresh and tasty! The mashed potatoes were very hot as well. My biscuit tasted ok as well. This location is long over due for a remodel, but it doesn't affect my experience. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting some hot and tasty chicken!

Fast and efficient, despite training a fresh crew, and dinner rush. My hats off to the entire team. I noticed a clean dining room as I placed and waited for my order. My order was correct, fresh, and I received it all quicker than anticipated. With a smile and a thank you, that's great service. See you again soon.
