Alexia was wonderful today very attentive and kind. Very welcoming and kind. Great guest rapport. Alexia went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after with no waiting time. I noticed doors held up for wheel chair users. Very nice. Thank you. Tasty food. 5 stars well deserved. They have certainly improved here.

In general the food is good here but there is nearly always a long unacknowledged wait up front before you get seated. They don't have enough help. Ever. or they don't care if you wait out front, and that's been the case on every visit here. The wait staff take payment now, so that saves you the long extended wait in the same way at exit--that's an improvement. The atmosphere is just a bright loud restaurant, nothing special. I like breakfast out and iHop food as a once-in-a-while thing and our options are limited for good food and places locally.

Busy busy but there is a reason, good food, great service! Just visited again and things have changed. My food was okay, a definite step up from Denny's last week ! My wife ordered chicken and waffles. Chicken was way over cooked she had to send it back. My plate, eggs were very good But I ordered a bowl of fruit. Look at the menu. It wasn't even close! Take a look at the photo to see what I mean. I understand some fruit being out of season, but looks like the bowl shrunk by half or more! Server was outstanding! Very nice and quick.

This was quite an experiment I ate alone about 2am as I was traveling the waitress made me feel like family and was so kind she even made sure I had warm air since it was late and I was cold she had a genuine heart and Great service the bananas strawberry French toast made me fell warm and the bacon and eggs and hash browns were made exactly how I like! Bravo I would give 50 stars
