Review Carversville Inn - Carversville

Very quaint restaurant in an area that looks like it has changed very little in the past 250 years. Charming old home converted into a restaurant. We were fortunate enough to be in the dining room where the (gas now) fire place is located. Service was adequate and food was awesome. I had a salmon appetizer that was deconstructed that was fun and very enjoyable. My wife had a ham and bean soup and my uncle a pumpkin curry soup. They both were very happy with the soups. My entree was a cottage pie, which was their spin on shepherd's pie. Made with very tender roast beef, gravy, potatoes, caramelized onions, and cheese it was done perfectly. Definitely off the beaten path, but worth finding.

Was pleasantly surprised to see special daily entrees, which are dependent on what's available/how the chef is feeling. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu & ingredients. Drinks are strong and the atmosphere is elegant. Definitely call ahead for dinnertime reservations.

We had a lovely table in the main diningroom, which had great ambiance. Our server, Allison, could not have been more attentive. She remembered us from our last visit even our choice of wine. Our lunch was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a great time.

Met up with some friends for brunch at this historic spot. Great vibe and obvious pride in the place by owners. Menu selection was great and food was fantastic. I had never been before but treated like a long time diner. And plenty of on site parking!

If you are looking for a memorable Bucks County experience, this is the place to visit. The atmosphere was warm and charming. The food was absolutely amazing, and the service was fantastic. This is one of Bucks County’s best-kept secrets. I’m looking forward to visiting the restaurant again soon.

This is the top restaurant/ Inn in Bucks County and the Philly area. Incredible menu that changes but always retains the favorites of regular customers Chef Will cares greatly about his presentations. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. We wouldn't visit this area without having dinner at the Carversville Inn!😀

Very nice traditional restaurant experience. Wide variety of food choices, great atmosphere. Food (filet mignon for my wife, New York strip sirloin for me) was excellent and prepared as requested. Servers were very accommodating. Food arrived in very timely manner. Highly recommended.

I love the food here. Always bring friends and brag about it. A few Saturdays ago, brought friends from down the shore. We were first reservations. The hostess let us know they were short of staff, we were ok with that. We were thinking on cocktails, since my friends hadn't been there before, about 10 minutes perhaps 15 minutes deciding, the hostess came over and told us they needed the table by 730! I couldn't believe my ears! I have run restaurants in NY and Las Vegas with prices less than these and would never say that to a customer. This wasn't a holiday with sessions, regular Saturday night. First time I was ever embarrassed to be there. Food was excellent but that put a damper on the evening for sure.

I frequently go for Brunch here. The scrambles are always delicious and are served with roasted potatoes, small fruit salad and scone. Delicious at a reasonable price. And it is set in a charming village.

Nicest lunch in quite a while! Food was cooked to perfection, fresh and delicious. Dessert made in house was fabulous! Staff was personable and accommodating.

Went here on a whim. Kids decided to go to the shore for the weekend, so my wife and I decided a date was in order. Our usual "go to" place was booked so decided to look for something new. Not even sure how we found the Carvesville inn, but it was an absolute homerun. The atmosphere is terrific, reminisent of places that used to be common in Bucks 25 years ago. Old building with small rooms, making it very intimate. The people were gracious, welcoming and friendly, especially our server who couldn't do enough for us. Food was also outstanding, plentyful and HOT. What else can i say? The place checks all the boxes. We will be going back soon

Simply the best. I recommend the panko salmon and lemon sauce, warm brie, escargot. The best I ever had. Nothing comes close. If you don't love it then you don't know diddley. or you tongue died from too much MCDon-who
