This taco bell is amazing the manger on duty was awesome. I somehow ordered wrong on my app after using it for the 1st time and he had no hesitation fixing our order right away. Kudos to this taco bell and their team. They are short staffed yet that didn't stop them from giving A1 service

Since the start of the pandemic restaurants have struggled to fine sufficient employees to run at normal levels. Unfortunately this location has been struggling with the same problem. Some days they close early others they only take one order at time. Other days it can be cash only or card only with a 45 minute wait. They are nice enough to tell you in advance so you can decide if you want to wait. Some of not all of these issues are beyond their control. But it does still affect customer service.

They have said the dining room is closed for two years now because they have an employee shortage although no other TB has had their dining room closed. At this point I think the franchisee is just being cheap and trying to save a buck. You can go in to pickup an order but not eat at a table?? They don't have waiters so that makes no sense. Eating on your hood is the best they can offer you...

Hopefully this location is revamping… As stated, the staff is nice, but the wait times and orders are suffering. They always have a sign, or state they are out of something, as simple as onions. I get the C19 impact, but there are great differences between this one and the one 10 minutes down the road at Lakepointe.

Great place normally. 2nd time in 4 days I’ve came during normal scheduled hours and the store has been closed. Once in the morning once in the evening. Gas is too damn high for me to drive for no reason.. tighten up

Food is good but I see these workers inside closing 10-15 minutes before they are supposed to and they just hide out inside. I understand y’all wanting to go home but don’t say your open if y’all not

If you don’t have at least 45-60 minutes to wait in the drive thru line, don’t come here. Taco Bell used to be a great place to go for cheap food but now you’re charged $15 for two quesadillas that aren’t made correctly and half your order missing. I understand that you’re understaffed, but maybe you should realize you’re the problem and not the overworked, underpaid high schoolers you hire. Eating out of a dumpster would be a more enjoyable experience.

Despite what it says on here.. the dining room is CLOSED. I get why this is convenient for the lasy people who work here, but I'm just beyond over the excuses and zero service. I don't want to eat in my car. I'm done. There are other places to get get heartburn and gassy immitatation mexican food that actually WANT our business.
