absolutely wonderful end to a long day. We had the combo fajitas which were amazing. Perfectly spiced and so much meat. Usually a combo plate is mainly chicken but there were equal portions of beef, chicken,and shrimp. Debbie was attentive but not hovering, just what I like in a server. She also did a great job upselling and we were happy to grab her recommended dessert. This was a major surprise when we were expecting poor casino food and came in shortly before closing. Chef John said to make sure I add kudos to the chefs for knowing when to put the meat on the sizzling platters so it didn't overcook.

Debbie made our experience outstanding!!! Being from the heartland of the best TexMex/Mexican food ever, we were skeptical about eating here. However, our dining experience was off the chart!!! Almost everything seems scratch made. Complimentary chips and two types of salsa plus a refreshing slaw come to your table. Yum! Our dinner was delicious!!! Service was outstanding! Portions were generous. Overall pleased with our experience at this restaurant. We definitely will dine here again if we find ourselves in Carson City again.
