Horrible service. Food was a mess when we got home! And the foul language at the drive-thru window was uncalled for! Very unprofessional! Definitely not a "$15 to $20 hr" deserved job!!! Sad to see a good business going down hill. The younger generations could careless how their work ethics are!!

Horrible inside dining. 20 min to get food. Then out of an item. Had to re order something different Waited 10 more......10 cars went thru...not coming back. Oh and the food...no lettuce.
I asked reception gal...she went to the back and returned. "I guess we have none...? "Only tiny bit of meat and some cheese. Ill drive to canton. Oh and workers sitting in cars outside smoking for entire duration of my visit.

My boyfriend went there last night to order us food just to find out that they closed before he got off work the website stats there open till 12 well they aren't! Pro tip change your times becuase people who work late and want taco bell can't get it because they aren't open till 12 like they say they are so CHAGE YOUR HOURS IF YOU ARNT GOING TO BE OPEN TILL 12! It happens almost everytime they also very rarely get my order right!! Also if someone orders a cravings box they expect in a box not a bag it's more convenient in the box!! Please do better!

I did it. I found a taco bell that's bad. Food is watery and extremely unappetizing for food that is even 1 to 3 dollars. Everything else seems fine. Staff is friendly, but god damn do they not know how to make food.

Disappointing to say the least!!!! No kind of skill when it comes to putting together a burrito, much any other menu item!! Downsized burritos, and other items we ordered sloppy and cold!!! Carrollton Store! I'll pass! Not going back!!!! Sorry!👎👎

They have a new veggie burrito with black beans and its actually pretty dang good..my son loves the Chipotle chicken ranch one so hopefully they keep it around..
