Sausage egg cheese biscuit, I asked if this was fresh when I ordered 2 got home had to throw away the edges of the biscuit because they were hard again. I'm done, will not buy from them again! Don't appreciate being lied to and this is not the first time. !!!

By far worst customer service I've received in a long time. They had me pull over because my food wasn't ready which is understandable waited 15 minutes. I walked in and then they told me that they brought it out but I was not out there then refused to remake my food because everything was ice cold.

Of course I give it five stars what do you expect it's McDonald's. They do exactly what they say they're going to do you know what you are getting when you order. No surprises here it's McDonald's 🤷🏼

We waited 15 minutes for 10 sausage biscuits. After about 10 minutes I went in to find out what the hold up was and was greeting with an attitude. We asked for honey with them and got 2 packs. 10 sandwiches..2 honeys

Didn’t even get food because the manager said she couldn’t cook anything because she hadn’t had a day off in a week and wasn’t going to kill herself making food. This place is a joke.

My kids like going in to eat here so they can play on the touch screen games and table.

Food was hot and shocked they had the steak bagel but asked for extra extra grilled onions and didn’t get it and coffee wasn’t made right but very fast!

If I go first thing in the morning (between 6am & 7am) Monday thru Friday I typically get good service...if you go in the late afternoon or evening or any time during the weekene you will wait in line FOREVER and 99.9% not get what you ordered. If you ask them to correct your order, if you don't get the right person, you will just get an attitude. You know, as if you aren't a paying customer??? I try not to be a "Karen" but I am getting to a point where Carrollton McDonald's is going to be a VERY last resort.
