Braum's

It was so hot out today. I was out getting lunch. So I stopped by and got 3 bags of burgers 4 large French fries and a cherry lime aid. Hilda was a breath of fresh air. She was smiling and provided amazing service. So stop by and tell Hilda hi and grab a quick lunch, dinner or snack. You will be happy you did. Tell he the lady in the Snoopy hat sent you. Enjoy

I like this location and the employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful. But I wouldn't actually sit down to eat here again. The dining room was... not great. Stick to the drive through or take-out, but tip the employees well, they really do put a lot of effort into being genuine, friendly, and helpful. So much so that it often takes me by surprise.

Always friendly and quick staff . However you can tell they're wore out. Wish people were more understanding of all employees in the service industry, they do work hard probably harder than what they want but they need to ensure I am taking care of. Single dip Sunday with rocky road and strawberry topping always good .

Brenda the assistant manager was very unprofessional. I placed an order and asked if mayo came on it.. she said yes then said so does brown sauce.. so I asked what brown sauce was and she said it was a ketchup base. I told her I didn't want the mayo or brown sauce so she took the mayo off. Then I asked to add ketchup and mustard then somehow "remove mayo" was gone off the screen. So when I got to the window I asked if she still had the burger without may. She rudely said ma'am it says it there.. ma'am it's there. And I was like that's not what it showed on the screen and I'm just trying to keep y'all from having to remake it. Then I asked for her name and she was rude again. I'm like if you didn't want to work then call in or switch jobs. If me ordering my small order made her that upset she needs to find a new job because I'd hate to see her with a rude customer. I was polite and could have gotten on her level but I stayed calm because I'm an adult and know how terrible customer service is these days. She looked like she wanted me to get on here level but what's the point? Anyhow... Avoid her if you can best of luck.

Good quality. Staff are really good. Braun’s is my first choice for milk products. Quality of milk for lesser price is amazing. Just not milk, other milk products such as ice creams, butter and cheese are very good. My recent favorite is low fat yogurt. Yogurt is very creamy and tasty. I would recommend to try Braun’s yogurt.
