Just had some of Rori's fabulous ice cream for the very first time at a party this weekend...OMG!!! I'm from Texas and I consider ice cream a staple food in my diet because it's so darn hot here... In other words, I eat lots of it! This is my new favorite ice cream in the entire world!!! I had flavor that I never would have even imagined possible (maple bacon), and it was truly a yummy taste explosion in my mouth...seriously Rori...you are my hero! I can not wait for my next visit out to Cali to try another scoop of your delicious creamy expression of love!!! I am not kidding...more please??? The lemon curd ice cream is still the best ice cream I've had to date. It's creamy and tangy and fresh. I've been looking for other options, but nothing else compares. This place is amazing and you HAVE TO try it. I am looking forward to the day I can go back again.

During my visit, I had the opportunity to speak with Indigo their Store Manager who is very knowledgeable about thei Ice Creams and tried their Fresh Mint Patty (which they actually use Real Mint Leaves that You can Taste) and their John Martin which is a Very Special Flavor as well which has coconut inside.
I personally want to Congratulate them for Opening up in the West Hollywood area as of Saturday, October 29th, 2016 and am more than sure that You will be quite pleased with their Ice Cream on your next visit.

This was the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. I went here with a party of 7 and we all just kept looking around at each other after each bite like "... is this even real life?? Or a dream land??" It was so good we debated going back in the same day to try more flavors.
I ordered the seasonal special which was lemon custard with a blueberry swirl and holy guacamole I have never had something so divine. The milk chocolate chunk was also to die for. Milk + cookies is a fresh take on cookies and cream that packs a punch of flavor.
It is priced accordingly and oh so worth it!! They also offer take home options. Waffle cones are not an extra charge!
If you like ice cream, like really good ice cream, like the kind of ice cream you can only get by making it yourself with quality ingredients then go see what Rori's is all about. Amazing! Mind blowing! They let me sample some of their creative flavors before I made my choice. My decision was so easy and fast, black pepper pistachio ice cream loaded with real pistachios! New favorite flavor. So good!
Have you ever wondered why the smell of cooked foods travel fast but the smell of ice cream does not? Neither have I, but today I found an ice cream shop that is truly hard to beat. Take a look at their flavor board and you will be amazed. My only complaint is the price but, for that rare smooth, cool, sweet treat, worth it. They have some vegan option and gluten free cones and you can always get your fix in a cup. Do stop by some time and tell them the Mad Hatter sent you. They'll look at you kind of funny, but hey, why not.

The ice cream is all organic, fresh, and original flavors. The lemon curd, honey lavendar, and pistachio is amazing!
Dude... this was good! Took the kids in on a Saturday for a scoop. They really enjoyed it and so did I!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and helped the kids decide.
Outdoors seating was a win!
If you’re in Carpinteria I would highly recommend that you stop by here and grab a scoop. The one thing I would look for is there happy hour. If I remember correctly between 3 PM and 5 PM every day a kid gets a free school with an adult purchase as a scoop. We went at 2:30 on Saturday. I thought about waiting for a half hour but just figured we would support local business.
Rori's probably is the BEST ice cream I have ever tasted! Creamy, rich, flavorful! Real ingredients! No soy or corn syrup. If you love ice cream, Rori's in Carpinteria is the best choice! Totally worth the drive!! Google maps can get you there easily
I got the peanut-butter-chocolate ice cream and it was AMAZING!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩 The only problem is that I got one scoop and it was pretty pricey...😬
