Rainbow Ice Cream & Yogurt

This was the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. I went here with a party of 7 and we all just kept looking around at each other after each bite like "... is this even real life?? Or a dream land??" It was so good we debated going back in the same day to try more flavors. I ordered the seasonal special which was lemon custard with a blueberry swirl and holy guacamole I have never had something so divine. The milk chocolate chunk was also to die for. Milk + cookies is a fresh take on cookies and cream that packs a punch of flavor. It is priced accordingly and oh so worth it!! They also offer take home options. Waffle cones are not an extra charge!

If you like ice cream, like really good ice cream, like the kind of ice cream you can only get by making it yourself with quality ingredients then go see what Rori's is all about. Amazing! Mind blowing! They let me sample some of their creative flavors before I made my choice. My decision was so easy and fast, black pepper pistachio ice cream loaded with real pistachios! New favorite flavor. So good!

Have you ever wondered why the smell of cooked foods travel fast but the smell of ice cream does not? Neither have I, but today I found an ice cream shop that is truly hard to beat. Take a look at their flavor board and you will be amazed. My only complaint is the price but, for that rare smooth, cool, sweet treat, worth it. They have some vegan option and gluten free cones and you can always get your fix in a cup. Do stop by some time and tell them the Mad Hatter sent you. They'll look at you kind of funny, but hey, why not.

Dude... this was good! Took the kids in on a Saturday for a scoop. They really enjoyed it and so did I! Staff was very friendly and helpful. She answered our questions and helped the kids decide. Outdoors seating was a win! If you’re in Carpinteria I would highly recommend that you stop by here and grab a scoop. The one thing I would look for is there happy hour. If I remember correctly between 3 PM and 5 PM every day a kid gets a free school with an adult purchase as a scoop. We went at 2:30 on Saturday. I thought about waiting for a half hour but just figured we would support local business.
