Delicious fresh food!!!! The staff couldn't have tried harder,and even though it was opening weekend they did a great job.There were five of us and we all tried different appetizers and entrees. Hard to say which we liked the best as all of them were so good!!!The Fresh Spring Rolls were wonderful and came with a peanut sauce that was the best I've ever had.The Calamari,Wontons, and Potstickers all came with a homemade sweet chili sauce that they need to bottle and sell!The Pho is really good,and we couldn't stop talking about how much we loved the different Vermicelli bowls we had.Can hardly wait to go back and try more of the menu!!!!
Sam's Noodle Town has amazing food. We go often. The Fried Rice is one of the best around!

So much wonderful coming out of this tiny little place! This is the best Pho I have had ever! And Sam is so sweet. Carnation needed a wonderful place like this.
Great customer service. Quality food. Quick as well. EVERYTHING is delicious and made to perfection. I love Sam's Noodle Town! Don't ever leave Carnation! ��

Me & my family absolutely love Sam's Noodle Town! The menu is enormous which makes it difficult to decide what to order & everything we've tried is beyond yummy! I could easily eat there 2-3 times a week & never have the same meal twice! Now that thinking about the menu, I'm hungry. I'm ordering a Vietnamese Sandwich & Walnut Prawns STAT!

I wish I could eat here every day. The food is amazing and fresh. I have celiac and I've never gotten sick eating here. They don't cook with msg! I hope Sam's Noodle Town stays in Carnation for as long as Ixtapa has.
Stopped in on a road trip looking for a quick bite to eat. The person who took my order was very polite and kind. I got the lemongrass banh mi, and it was absolutely delicious! Very fresh and a good amount of food for the price.
Good place to eat if traveling in the area! The Pho and chicken teryaki were really good.
Very nice menu, so much to choose from. The food is always fresh and delicious and there is never a long wait. The staff is very nice and friendly, always take a moment to come speak with you. Love this place.
What a great place! I love the little bobas and the drawings on the wall, It smells familiar inside, And all the food was delicious. Get the town sampler which combines most things on the menu. What a plate!

Would have given 5 stars, but it’s definitely not a town.
Had the chow fun (m11) with 3 star spicy. Tasty and good. Food presentation could be better. Food came out in about 10 minutes, which was a bit slow, but it was moderately busy....
Overall, I would give it a 4 star....
If you’re in this town a definite must try and you’ll probably return after you do like we did.
