Blue Heron is a public golf course in Carnation right outside of Redmond. Its kinda deep, which usually means the course isn't as packed as other local courses. Prices are good here, and the course is pretty well maintained. The bar and grill serves good food at a good price as well, so make sure to grab some food and drinks for the course.

Great course very deceiving on the blue looks easy until you get on it lot of sand and water to navigate. We were here for the us kids golf tournament great spot for it some kids didn’t get to finish because the public was really slow kinda a bummer has parking at the very entrance by the maintenance area for an Rv the wildlife around the course is cool as well bald eagles 🦅 Heron’s some beaver looking things and Canadian geese

Top 3 for me so far, loved the greens. Each tee box has great views and challenging rough... Stay on the fairways.. Lol would play again!

Denny was wonderful and attentive. Blue Heron is a favorite destination place. After being cooped up at home it is time to enjoy some outdoor dining in a beautiful locale. They still had our favorites on their winter mrnu. Perfectly crisped fish and chips for Wolgang and piled high french dip for me. I only was able to finish a quarter of my sandwich. Because I couldn't resist eating a piece of Wolfgang's generous serving of fish. Best eaten hot and crispy, I say.
Justin crafted me a delicious and satisfying hot cocoa with Bailey. Num num A generous pour much appreciated on a cold day. We watched a couple of blue herons over the pond. There were some hardy golfers out on the course who came in after us.
This is another lovely memory in the making. Be sure to stop in soon and make your own memory.

Good course layout. Greens were soft but fast. Tee boxes could use some work. Course was wide open for us today.
The restaurants service is very curried friendly and good. Enjoyed my round out there today.

Really awful course, perhaps the worst in the greater Seattle area. Even basic course maintenance would make a huge difference, but course management does not seem to care. Greens were not swept of dew, tee boxes were basically sand boxes with small clumps of grass, trees were not maintained and would hang over fairways making tee shots nearly impossible. For charging about $50 for a weekend round (walking), there is very little value to be had. Spend your money and time elsewhere. Only redeeming factor (and reason for 2 stars) is the quick pace of play.

Decent course for the money. Medium challenge, not terrible to walk. The fairways were good, the greens OK. The tee boxes are not at all even or level, but it's fine. Sand traps are gravel with weeds. It's no big deal if you play fairways.
If you rent a pull cart ($5) beware that your hands will be BLACK after two holes. Use your glove hand only or bring your own cart. Nasty.
The drinks were standard, the burgers, etc. looked really good but were WAY overpriced. Services was fantastic.
I'd play again, but plan on mixed offerings. I would never use one of their pull carts again.

Greens are not so good, but holes are diverse and fun.
