I used to come to this place back in the early 70,so when I was just a youngster... and they still have the best food in the land. They still have the infamous Orange freeze as well as other flavors I see. I was so happy to see how nice this place is And it's very clean. If you haven't been here before, I highly recommend it. Oh And their strawberry milkshakes are the bomb! We will be coming here more often.

The food is fine, no complaints. But you go to Hagens for the Freezes. They are super delicious! It's my favorite is the root beer float flavor, but they have all sorts of options to choose from. If you're looking for a summer treat, come to this place, you won't regret it!

Nice little place tucked away in a corner of Carmichael. The freeze options put DQ to shame, with fruit and milk options. You can even do a split flavor if you're nice about it. Sandwiches and burgers are decent, but with a freeze phenomenal place to grab a quick bite and a treat.

Delicious Hagen burger! Seriously looked like the picture! The small freeze was plenty! Everything was great! My only complaint was the spoons cut up our mouths... I might have to bring my own next time.

I went there the other day and I loved the food! It was quite pricey but I wanted to treat myself. I got a cheeseburger and fries. Unfortunately I got food poisoning. That was the only thing I ate that day so it couldn’t have been anything else. It’s been 4 days and it’s been getting progressively worse, cramps, gas, ect.
I really liked the food and wished it wasn’t so pricey, I don’t know what caused the food to make me sick and it’s really disappointing because I enjoyed it.

Well it is not what it used to be and it's pretty expensive on top of it. 12 bucks for a large freeze and it wasn't that great. I don't know what they use to make them but you can taste it and you never could taste that stuff before. I got the rootbear freeze and the blackberry freeze and they both tasted the same.

There's really no equal to this place. The food options are solidly decent, but the fruit freezes are the real reason to come here, pretty much nonnegotiable during the summer, and still excellent even when it's cold out.

Hagan's freezes are the best! The original orange freeze is a popular flavor, but many other flavors to choose from. Lots of ice cream choices as well. If your hungry they have a variety of comfort food burgers, sandwiches,hot dogs, sweet potatoe fries, the place is small and cozy, food does take awhile to prepare and prices are a little high, but still worth it.
