Maaannnn! I've been sleepin on JJ! I always forget about it, and haven't had it in years. Was in the mood for a sandwich today, and decided to give them a try. First time ordering from this location. Not freaky fast, but definitely not bad at all. I prefer my food to taste better, even if that means it takes a few minutes longer to get to me. This spicy italian was uuhh-MAZING! Definitely my new go-to. And get the pickle. Always get the pickle. Thanks for comin through, JJ!!!

Ever since I've been working up in the area this Jimmy John's has always treated me with respect gets me in gets me out, always fresh quality ingredients. The owner should be proud that he has a quality team that does their job excellently and provides great customer service.

my order got left at the wrong door. I stopped by and these guys more than took care of it, remade the sandwhich with no complaints in record time. They also sent me home with a bag of chips so really nice crew. The location was also very clean and well kept.

Great Customer Service!!!! Ordered catering online for my daughter's graduation and entered the wrong date. Called the store and was immediately corrected as well as asking if all the condiments and toppings could be on the side. Done. Ordered was picked up and was given everything I asked for in convenient containers. Well Done Jimmy John's Clay Terrace!!!!

So here's the deal... JJ has an awesome product, pretty cool superstars, but today...was a dark day in JJ history. Ordered delivery at 11:09 am, at 12p called...it was "en route"....at 1245p called again and had a lengthy and enlightening conversation with one of said superstars....who promised to drop the charge for my meal and send it in the next delivery....at 1:34p, more than 2 hours after ordered I received my JJ sandwich. 2+ hours later and they are only 2 miles from my office🤔😑🙄 oh well..I won't do delivery again, they still have a good product and their superstars shine😍🤩

Difficult spot to find, poor parking. Not easy to get into location. Would be great closer to Whole Foods for easier street access.

This Jimmy Johns is basically like all of the others I have ever eat from. They are extremely fast, accurate preparation and really tasty. I order online for delivery and usually it comes in 15 minutes or less. Fantastic considering I am about 8 minutes drive from their restaurant.
The main thing that impresses me about Jimmy Johns is the quality of the ingredients. Especially the meats. They use only lunch meats without nitrates and nitrites except naturally occurring in celery powder. Their chips, Yep natural no preservatives. Cookies, Yep natural. I can't find many restaurants that have such natural ingredients on the menu.
Fast service and quality ingredients and yet still a reasonable price. I love Jimmy Johns & I love this local restaurant.

I ordered a sandwich and chips, for delivery. I work less than a mile from the store, I ordered at 3:30 pm, and my order took nearly an hour to arrive. This is the only reason I took off a star. The food was great, as usual, but I've had pizza delivered from stores further away faster than this JJ location could make a sandwich and bring it essentially across the street. Possibly just an off day, but expect more from a place who advertises more about fast delivery than the food itself.

Ordered in the store and asked for soft bread. Got the softest bread I have ever seen. I mean it was like a cloud from heaven. Will keep coming to this location and the mangers rock. Thanks jimmy johns :)
